We stayed around a year and had a smooth check in. Issues were addressed promptly and often efficiently. We found Kingdom Houses’ online port easy to use and practical. Very friendly team, specially Safia, Dawid and Marius. No considerable issues when checking out and had our deposit fully refunded.

I have rented with Kingdom Houses for the past 11 months and have had a great experience. The overall service you receive is amazing, you don't need to worry about absolutely anything around the house- bills, cleaning, garden, kitchen equipment are all covered. They have always been very quick with repairs and pretty reasonable when it comes down to administration, which is really not something common in London. I can highly recommend for young professionals who want to have less to worry about with regards to accommodation.

Kingdom Houses are the best agent I've ever gone through! I stayed in one of their large Ealing properties for 2 and a half years whilst working in central London, and the location was idyllic. The very few times there was an issue with maintenance Kingdom Houses were always quick to respond to emails and fix the problem. Living in a house of 7 was great, we had Christmas dinners and won a decoration competition that was run by the agent. I would definitely recommend going through Kingdom Houses to anyone, the cleaning fee was included alongside all other bills which took a big weight off mine and my housemates shoulders! I moved in not knowing anyone, but can honestly say I've made some true friends for life. Thank you Kingdom Houses.

I have dealt with a number of agency in London before moving in a place managed by KH, and I must say that this is the best agency I've ever seen. They gather the tenants opinion before letting someone new move in, they fix stuff in a few days max thanks to their efficient issue-raising digital platform, they do not bother you with the rent if you are a few days late this month, they gave me my full deposit back, they always give you notice before accessing your room, they listen to you if you require a new piece of furniture, I really have nothing to complain about with these guys quite oddly. This is my personal unbiased opinion and I have no conflict of interest with KH to declare.

By far the best agent I have dealt with in any UK city. The properties they manage are high quality, maintained to high standards, they will fix issues quicker than any agency I've experienced. They are honest decent people, which sounds impossible for a London property agency, but there had to be one.. I would recommend dealing Kingdom Houses, to friends, colleagues, I would even contact them again should I ever consider moving back to London.
A bad rental agency can really screw up your year and cost you thousands of pounds; it makes a big difference being able to trust the people in charge of your accommodation. a big thanks to you guys for your professionalism and courtesy .

Excellent. The house I lived (and the others I viewed) were all of a good size, were well maintained, and very reasonably priced. Kingdom Houses are a friendly team, were quick and professional in helping me move into the property, and any repairs or issues whilst within the property were also always acted upon swiftly. Highly recommended.

I lived at a Kingdom Houses agency house for 6 months, and found that it was a very professional business. The house was in excellent quality, a relatively new build, had adequate cleaning supplies and was well equipped in the kitchen. With a regular cleaner, the house was always well maintained and if any problems arose, they were quickly sorted out. Simple paperwork and decent housemates. Would recommend.
