I was so impressed by the excellent customer service at such a speed, definitely the best service I have had in recent years. I needed a certified translation for an official document within two days. I contacted Kings of Translation on Sunday night for a quote and got a final certified translation by 10 am the following day. As well as the speed, the communication was excellent and reassuring. I recommend anyone who needs translation and I will come back again when I need another translation.

I asked for a quote on Saturday and by Sunday i had the document translated and certified.

I'm impressed with the speed this company gets the work done. I asked for a quote (with no deadline) to translate a 2 pages diploma during the weekend and got everything done in just over a day.

I'm pretty impressed with the speed their sales manager replied to my emails (always under 2 minutes at any time of the day).

I'm not sure how the price compares to other companies but I think what I paid was fair.

Very good experience, a translation of a birth certificate for the Passport Office. The price was about half that of another agency I got a quote from (not a big sample, admittedly - I was busy and didn't get any further quotes). The translation came back within a day in exactly the same format as the original (which was Argentinean, so not one you'd necessarily expect them to have on file), the translation was faultless, and it came with a separate certification sheet signed by the translator and containing the Institute of Translation and Interpreting stamp and a QR code for verification, so should definitely pass muster. I asked for a hard copy, and that seemed a bit pricey at £9, but it was sent by DHL rather than normal post. One thing that made me hesitate initially was that they asked for full payment in advance, but I was sent a draft to review before the translation was finalised and, given how positive the experience was, I have no doubt they would have responded professionally if there had been any problems with it. I would have no hestitation in using them again.
