Worst purchase of my life. Got the superconsole x2 pro half the titles are in other languages some games flat out dont run or the saves won't save.AVOID

They flat out decline returns with no explanation, even though they say 30 days free return

The motionx product is terrible, the lowest quality thing I have ever seen

AVOID AVOID AVOID.I was shipped a 12tb system,nothing was recognised,no games emulators,nothing.My friend is a computer technician and verified it was an empty hard drive.I contact kinhank and they copy and pasted useless tech support answer and they eventually stopped replying,eventually the warranty ran out and they started responding stating theres nothing else they could do.This is a scam €350 down the drain.The company acts with impunity as their based in China and know they can't be touched.Inwould seriously avoid buying any products from kinhank and look elsewhere.

I bought a 12tb hyperspin attack hard disk. At first everything went well until (according to the kinhank technician) the antivirus deleted some plug-ins. It wasn't written on the instructions and I've been writing to kinhank for a refund for weeks (on their site it says they'll give a refund within 30 days) and they read it and don't answer, same thing on emails. They're scamming, don't make the same mistake I did, they don't answer on purpose.

Terrible, red screen of death all the time after 10 mins of play with any game and console lacks processing power. Don't buy their products. Supplied controllers are slow, cheap and take away from the gaming experience. Look elsewhere please, don't be swayed by the fake reviews online and the lack of bad reviews in general. I'll probably end up cancelled or with a Chinese drone over my house for posting this review. This is not the product you think you're buying its flawed to the point of uselessness, don't do it, I have and X5 brick I regret buying. Look elsewhere.....trust me

I bought the Kinhank Super Console X5 Pro game console with 16000 games for my husband as a present - he is a gamer - however when it arrived - it was not the Kinhank Super Console X5 Pro - it was some shoddy thing with about 1000 games on in - contacted them- asked for email address to send them copy of Confirmation Order & picture of what we received - They won't send me an email address and insist that I ordered the 1000 game insult - Scam Artists, Frauds - certainly will not be using ever again and will be warning everyone & every Gamer my family knows to avoid - my fault for using Ali Express - got no support from them either - paid nearly E200 for something worth about E50 ..... would love to give 0 Stars -

I made order for HD12T with pre installed games. They sent me email that package is delivered to my address, but it never was. I have contact FedEx and they told me that package never left Hong Kong. I have proof for all of this. My order number is XZ5382. Sent a bunch of emails to Kinhank, never got any reply. I have requested with my bank to withdraw my money back. Hope they will succeed. Wanted to buy gift for my kid for Christmas, but now I need to find something else. Worst buying experience I had. Dont buy from them. Dont make my mistake.

I recently purchased a retro game console from Kinhank RetroGame, and the experience was fantastic! The console not only offers a wide variety of games but also runs very smoothly. The pre-installed classic games really brought back childhood memories. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was sturdy with no damage at all. The customer service team was quick to respond and provided thorough answers to my questions. This was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves retro games!

After reading horror stories about buying tech from china I was very apprehensive about buying from this company, so did research and found out what I could. Contacted them by live chat and although it took a while( time difference I’m guessing) they got back to me with helpful information and a few tips for when buying i.e what shipping to go for to help my purchase, I took this as good sign as they didn’t try and hard sell the expensive shipping! They actually recommended the free shipping. I really wanted this console so bit the bullet and spent the £250.00 through pay pal, I got immediate confirmation of my order and tracking information began immediately too. I was informed every single step of the way and I mean EVERY step even if it passed through 3 sorting centres in one day! I was told shipping would be between 18-25 days but I got it in 10 days and since receiving the console(which is great) I’ve sent them a couple of messages to ask about certain functions etc, again they got back to me through chat to answer my questions. Overall I can highly recommend this company, you can get products that they manufacture from AliExpress but I’ve heard horror stories regarding the legitimacy of sellers on the site.
Very impressed with Kinhank Retrogame for both products and customer service/support.
