Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People" Reviews

Excellent company to do business with. Good web site with clear pricing - no sudden delivery charges at checkout. Delivery on time with a pre-delivery phone call. Customer service very helpful when I had problems putting my sofa together. Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Would definitely use them again.

Very good after sales service. I had a query about delivery date as i had an appointment on 1 day, spoke to a sales person who advised me to write date im unavailable on the additional notes. I was then contacted by phone top agree a delivery date suitable for me.

Kieran was helpful and patient
With both myself and my builder when I called to discuss measurements regarding some stone steps I was trying to order. He talked us through the whole process and offered fantastic advice regarding purchase snd fitting. I was very impressed with all the service I received from Kobocrete. Thank you all so much!

I recently purchased the Nova Cambridge corner dining set with reclining sides, which I love.
The customer service was excellent from my initial telephone call to arranging a delivery date.
However, the reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is because I assumed the furniture would arrive assembled and carried to my back garden. It actually arrived on a pallet, on the pavement outside my house and I wasn’t aware this would be the case. Luckily the delivery driver kindly helped me break down the pallet and carry the furniture into my back garden. I would not have been able to do this on my own.
I also found the assembly and connection of the reclining mechanism difficult.

I ordered Stone steps, copings and pillar caps for my home (and I have waited 15 years for this!!!)

I was really nervous that we had measured correctly and that what we had ordered would arrive intact.
I need not have worried as the items turned up extremely well packed -in fact over packed to ensure there was no damage.
My builders got to work and they said the product was outstanding and that they had done this type of work before, but that the stone used was not of this quality.
The finished result is simply beautiful. I am now waiting for my front door surround and wrought iron and then I will post some pictures.

Overall, an outstanding company, that delivered and exceeded all my expectations. I will be back soon as I want more stone steps and copings.
