I found the staff to be very helpful…
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly on the phone. I was kept fully informed of delivery date and time.
Order arrived on time but a small fault on one item was found (not their fault) . Kobocrete staff dealt with it in an efficient way and the problem was resolved by the following day.
An easy and pleasant experience which doesn't always happen when buying on line Thank you

Antwoord van Kobocrete "The Helpful Concrete People"
Hello Sandor, I'm really sorry to hear that the coping stones arrived chipped for your order. If you had made us aware these had arrived damaged we would have got these replaced for you straight away. Sometimes there can be variations in colour between mixes as this is a hand made product using natural materials. However since your order in November 2020 we have now improved our mix design and batching process and now use a small amount of dye resulting in a more consistent colour throughout. Kindest regards, Kieran
Exceptional service
Exceptional service: friendly, informative and very sensitive to my time constraints. Kept me informed of progress throughout and confirmed every detail, especially regarding delivery, right up until the top quality hearth was with us.

Problem quickly rectified
The outdoor sofa cover that I ordered was actually faulty on arrival. I don’t believe that this was Kobcretes fault. However, communication was excellent and it was replaced very quickly.
Would not hesitate in using Kobocrete again.
