Sun umbrella was ordered on Sunday and delivered Tuesday. Excellent service and excellent product.

Excellent service and beautiful rattan garden furniture. In the middle of the pandemic when rattan furniture has been like gold dust to get delivered I found kobocrete online with the exact set I wanted for a fraction of the price being sold for on the white store and elsewhere. They could also get it here by mid June as they had ordered it last year so had a handful available to sell when no one else could due to the shipping container issues. I had my reservations worrying it wouldn’t work out but decided to risk it and am so glad I did. Their service has been impeccable and exceeded my expectations- the furniture turned up 4 days before the date they said it would have just arrived in the UK. It’s beautiful and just what I wanted. A very helpful delivery man too. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks very much guys I highly recommend this company.

Ordered 2 items, which were delivered within 2 days. Items were exactly as described and in perfect condition.
Follow up email from company confirming delivery.
Fast efficient service!

Beverley and Kieran are very helpful and professional. Had done issuses with shopping (not their fault due to delays ) but eventually got set. Was damaged in transit which was not ideal but Beverley did what she could to rectify the situation. Would use them again and recommend to friends/family .

Amazing service, delivered early straight to our door. Brilliant quality garden furniture. Would definitely recommend visiting there showroom. Excellent customer service.

Brilliant and friendly service, delivered early great communication from seller. Great quality product I would highly recommend buying from this company.

Best experience I have had with an online order. I ordered on Friday before Bank Holiday and the order arrived in Scotland on the Wednesday. From start to finish I had no problems whatsoever. Any queries were answered straight away. Would not hesitate to recommend Kobocrete and certainly would order with them again.

Excellent item and fast delivery many thanks

Fast, friendly and very efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
I will most definitely be using them again.

Ordered product earlier in the year knowing it was not in stock until late May. I was kept informed at progress of order and product actually arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! Wel, done Kobocrete! Would use this company again.

Easiest 5 stars. Fantastic customer service. Had an issue with my order (not their fault) however how Kobocrete dealt with it was second to none. Kept me up to date and even gave me a free upgrade. There's a lot of companies that can learn a thing or two from these. They actually care about their customers! Outstanding!

I bought a lovely nova rattan furniture ( Cambridge ) in 2020 and found it was really good quality and loved it, I recently needed a new cushion as it was damaged by a guest, kobocrete have helped me get a replacement so it’s still matching.
Fab service, thank you

3years on the product is amazing
