Kodak Batteries: Waste of Money
I should have known better. I needed batteries and went to Poundland (this was yesterday) and they only sell Kodak batteries.
Thought “they’ll do and should be grand”. Got home and put 2x AAA in Electronic Protein Mixer. This morning went to use it and batteries were dead, they had only been used once yesterday to see if device worked.
So had to change the batteries and even using it, could hear the power slowly fading. Absolutely rubbish, won’t be using again & will go find reliable Durcell batteries.

Every cell phone has a camera. Everyone has at least one cell phone. Kodak though the future was $500,000 photo copy with a finisher binder. Ten years later, empty buildings, thousands out of work and missed placed. How can Kodak tell us, Kodak's a good place to work?

Abysmal Customer Service, blame Prinics
Wife was told by customer service she could get a refund but customer service has yet to provide shipping label etc. Weeks now with no response. We're having our credit card company deal with it as a chargeback at this point... this is what private equity does, sells the name to another company, Prinics America Inc. a branch of a Korean company, that then provides poor customer service as they only deal in sales volume and don't care about losing consumer trust.

Apathetic Customer Service and False Promises
I ordered the Mini Shot 3 Retro C300R Bundle during the Black Friday special, which was advertised as including the camera, 60 refills, and a label maker. I received the camera and 30 refills, with the gift bundle and other half of the promised refills missing.
It took three emails over the course of a week to get a single response from customer support, one where they had the audacity to tell me that moving forward the bundle would now come with 30 refills, and they just haven't updated the website yet. No offer of compensation or resolution for receiving half of what I paid for.
I asked for either confirmation of shipment for the missing items, or a partial refund for any that they were unable to fulfill. I haven't heard a word since. I did get, however, get a request to leave a review about my experience. Well, here's what I think:
The camera itself may be fine. I cannot yet speak to its quality, as it's supposed to be a Christmas present. I was hoping the label maker could have also been a Christmas present, as it was a key factor as to why I purchased directly from the manufacturer instead of via the cheaper Amazon listing, however I have my doubts I will ever see it.
What I can speak to is my experience purchasing through Kodak, which has been abysmal. Good luck getting a hold of customer service, and even better luck convincing them that maintaining honest and accurate descriptions of their products is their responsibility as the seller.
If you like receiving less than what you paid for, then Kodak is the company for you. Otherwise, save yourself the hassle and shop with a merchant with better standards.

Es la peor empresa con la que he comprado online. Compré una cámara analógica y al revelar el carrete salieron más de la mitad de las fotos mal.
Me dieron como solución devolverla y obtener un reembolso. Una vez enviada y tras un par de semanas de silencio por parte del departamento de atención al cliente, me volví a poner en contacto con ellos.
Como ya habían pasado 30 días desde la fecha de compra, siendo que obviamente no da tiempo a comprarla, hacer todas las fotos del carrete, revelarlo y darte cuenta de que la cámara es una basura, me dijeron que no podía obtener un reembolso.
Me dieron la opción de enviarme una cámara nueva, a lo que respondí que no porque obviamente no quería saber nada más de estas camaras.
Después me volvieron a enviar la etiqueta de devolución como si no lo hubiese enviado ya hace semanas.
Pésimo producto y pésima atención al cliente. No comprare nunca ni recomendaré a nadie que compre nada de Kodak.

Don't believe any of the promotional images. This printer is terrible. I don't understand why the reviews are so positive, but I bitterly regret buying this stupid paperweight. It's disgusting. The photos are all pink and look like they were printed in the 1950s.

If you hope to have the option of any meaningful customer support, do NOT buy a Kodak Pix Pro camera.
These are cheap often unreliable products made under license for Kodak by a business in California who offer no contact information.
No customer support beyond FAQs is offered either in the UK or from this manufacturer. Any calls to Kodak UK office in Watford are a total waste of time.
Kodak was once a highly respected business producing great products like Kodachrome 64 but no longer it seems.

I have been attempting to have a faulty camera either repaired or replaced. The camera is only four months old and has become unusable. Kodak are not dealing with my issue, I m just past from one department to another. I am getting to the stage where I’ll have a refund and purchase a different brand of camera. I bought Kodak because I thought it was a good company. I was very wrong.

I mailed 2x to two different email addresses. Both couldn't do anything, I had to fill in the form online.

Given non answer about faulty "waterproof" camera I destroyed by taking it underwater
I wrote into corporate leadership about my water proof camera being promised to be functional underwater. They didn't answer about it and sent the note down to some e-support ticket that told me to return the item to the store and get a refund. Ignoring entirely my letter that this is a discontinued camera but I am disheartened how a "waterproof" camera fried taking it underwater for a no budget creative project. My video camera now only works when plugged into the wall, with the dying battery and the new 100% functional battery I just purchased from a great online battery retailer.
No sorry. No $10 off coupon for photo paper from Kodak itself or Best Buy. No "it's a legacy product, but we sincerely hope you accept our apologies" without any money back. I said that someone need not be filming Titanic, or making a project at all, maybe making home memories, and you expect a product to do what it says on the box and marketing. This was false advertising. My working 1080 HD, said to be rugged, video camera quit on me because I did what it said it could do when I bought it, after having it from 2011.
Please Google the Kodak PlaySport Zx5, everyone. You can see on an old Best Buy review that others fried theirs considerably worse. A man took it to Honolulu with his wife, and his underwater journey was gone forever. A person on another part of the Internet took his grandson to Lake Tahoe. It got destroyed. You can find lots of these stories. "Mine got bricked."
Waterproof cameras should not be doing this when placed under water. Am I crazy expecting a product to do what it says?
Maybe I will someday use Kodak for larger scale projects when I can. For what is available for everyday consumers on a budget, I will not be buying further Kodak products. Their e-staff won't read to fix the problem, providing emotionally distant answers unrelated to the concern. Unrealistic much? How am I supposed to return this to Best Buy now?
Apple corporate has better customer service when I have a few times dealt with them. What the heck, Kodak? If Tim Cook can pass on a message to leadership who have helped me with some work I needed done within their branding, if everyday Apple hotline staff can talk to me at night on the phone this past winter about a legacy laptop Logic Pro issue because I am a long term customer of using Apple and they treat their professional user fanbase super well, what are you, too famous and busy counting your money from us to write back to peasants like me at corporate with a simple "I'm sorry?"
I don't believe the next Kodak "waterproof" consumer product is actually going to be waterproof.
I will explain this story to more people when they ask me why I'm having them on camera with a portable filming device I have to plug into a wall.
Kodak only avoids my 1 star anger because of the quality of their film for large film productions.
Worst camera ever
Worst camera ever. Its blurry, a weird color over the picture. Customer care is lacking. Never got an answer neither is the problem solved.
False advertising?
Just bought a Kodak 'LED headlamp 150'.
It says on the package that it has a 3 year garantee which is nice, but the 3 years is only if the headlamp is 'in storage'. Really? Feels like false advertising.

Issue with a gift of a PIXPRO WPZ2 which failed within days of first use, reported back in October, had to chase several times explaining why no proof of purchase available eventually told no repair or replacement would be offered. Not what you would expect from such a reputable company. Would not recommend Kodak or PIXPRO WPZ2

My F9 camera is broken and I can not get through to support.
The request form on their support bake is broken. I reached out to all mail addresses I could find, they can't help and refer me to the broken support page. No one can help with a product that I purchased on Amazon.
Amazon of course does not support either. So I am stuck with a broken camera and will probably never get reimbursed.
