I was looking for a local company to carry out various works at my property.Having discussed my requirements, Kola Construction offered me excellent service giving help and advice on useful alternatives. The pricing was reasonable.The team of workers were professional, polite and very tidy. The schedule of works being, Roof treatment,Solar Panels, House painting, Resin ground works in garden, Fencing, lighting etc.All carried out to perfect satisfaction

We ordered our new conservatory roof in November 2021 and it was arranged to be fitted prior to Christmas. However, due to various problems, some unforeseen, it has only just been completed. However, we have to say that we are very happy with the result.
Kenny of Kola Constructions is one of the nicest people you could meet and he always checked that we were happy with everything. He also went above and beyond to help us.
We have no problem in highly recommending this company for a professional job at a very competitive price

We are now proud owners of a beautiful resin driveway and cobbled pathway. Excellent job and would highly recommend. Worth every penny. The job was completed timely and we were kept informed of progress. Workman very polite and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The pride they took in their work was really nice to see. Recently had my job finished, 2 patios and a walkway between artificial grass with raised borders constructed with sleepers!
The quality of workmanship was amazing, price was very competitive and very reasonable, they actually carried out more work than originally instructed with no extra cost!
Dave, Tony and the team were great from day one, offering expert advice and great continuous communication.

Kola replied immediately to my email and I’m still waiting for the other companies to even bother to ring me! I was given a next day appointment which was fantastic

From initial email to completed drive I think was about a month and it looks amazing. Such hard working people and everyone I have dealt with at Kola has been polite, professional and yet friendly and approachable.

So many people have commented on the drive and how lovely it looks and I would certainly recommend this company and their amazing work ethic.

Repointing brickwork to the front elevation of the house , repairs to roof verge and superhyprophbic ProPERLA treatment of whole property.
Works carried out as per quote and price agreed. Unexpectedly national cement shortage delayed the start date. Once started, team worked hard deep cleaning and grinding out mortar, taking care to protect garden and pants from dust debris. Kept us informed as to when team would be onsite as the job progressed. If cars are parked close on application of ProPERLA, best to move them well away in case of wind-born drift. Site was left clean and tidy, no debris. We were satisfied with work. Kola Construction provide a follow-up performance review report and certification inclusive in works.

Resurface drive with resin bound surfacing. Workmanship, cleanliness and service were all first class.

Kola Construction Team has repaired the driveway, back and front garden laid resin around the house, garden and driveway. They helped with the planning, have prepared the works prior to the resin, worked extremely clean which most impressed me! All workers knew their jobs, worked hard and did not leave until the job was done. I am most impressed with their professionalism and dedication to a job well done. I will definitely employ them again and again. The results are fantastic!

complete refit of bathroom including wall and floor tiling,all the work was of very high standard, it exceeded my expectations.

Very, very pleased with my kitchen renovation and new shower room. Adi and Tony are hardworking,honest and committed.Nothing is too much trouble for them. An eye for detail and a great finish. I already have plans for more work from Kola Construction later in the year. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend kola construction.
Their work is faultless, nothing is too much for them ,everyone is very polite and work very very hard . They were all very patient ( I changed my mind few times on how to do things in the garden ) and they were always happy to make all the changes that I asked them to do . Everything was done exactly how I wanted and it actually if I’m honest it exceeded my expectations .
The garden looks absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with it . I get lost of lovely comments from everyone that sees it . My front garden / driveway now needs doing and I wouldn’t have anybody else . Already recommended them to a few of my friends and will always recommend them !! If anybody is interested in having any work done with them I’m very happy for you to come and have a look at what they done in my garden .
