I had an issue with a product. I wrote the support and got the best help i could ever expect! They answered in like 15-20 minutes and gave theor best to help me with my issue. Also i love how great it is to have those epic Designs on my Phone AND my applewatch it looks so great holy!

Sturdy and protective. Arrived straight to my postbox, excellent company

I ordered on May 15th. 1 case and 1 airpod case… still havent had a shipped out email. I emailed them about it and still no response.

Im probably gonna have to contact my credit card company to have them refund me if this company doesnt reply. (1 star)

UPDATE:
The company finally responded to me and refunded my entire order. They also said that they resent that same order to their new manufacturer with express processing. I will see if i actually receive this order, but at least they refunded me so thats good. It took a little while but im glad they responded, maybe they were receiving a tons of emails because of their manufacturer problems. (3 stars)

Absolutely In love with it!

It took some time to arrive (I was informed that company is waiting for a new stock) and once my 4 cases arrived I couldn't be any happier!

I was watching them since 2020 and can vouch for the cases 100%

After a little issue was encountered. They reached out to me to fix it and have done. Shame it happened in the first place but great to see they they’ve rectified the issue with urgency.

I ordered on the 11th of February and still haven't received anything now in the second week of May. I've sent a few emails asking what's going on and and first got a 'your product was shipped but without tracking, would you like us to send another straight away?' to which I agreed yes, I would. I then sent a follow up email after another few weeks had passed asking what the status was and if there was any tracking available for the second package. I then received another email telling me they had dispatched my order once again and that was on the 31st of March. Still nothing. I'm going to send another email to them telling them that either I get my package by the end of the month or a refund, otherwise I'm taking this to PayPal.

I can't recommend this company, either they're just scamming a percentage of their customers and stringing them along or they can't run their own business effectively. Very sad, because their products are quite beautiful and I was looking forward to using them long term.

Bought on Feb 27th. Red flag that the company hasn’t posted in almost a year. Said up to only 2 weeks for delivery. No tracking ability, not a connected phone number, and no answers others than an automated email. Not pleased. Would like the products or money back asap. If nothings done the lengths I will go to get the money back.

I ordered two phone cases December 12.. it’s now April 23 and I still haven’t received my items. I emailed them several times. I got some replies but other than that nothing. It’s really disappointing :( honestly if you want to take the risk go of it, but I’d say it’s not worth it. Order number #13748 I’ll definitely change my response to something more accurate whenever I get my items, that I in fact paid for.

Just ignore my message to email and I have not got any repsonce from them. Feels like the worst customer service I have ever had! #14444 give me information about my order! I am changing the review after receiving items

UPDATE! The company told they had problems with manufacturer and refunded the order, they sent it for free, except MacBook case because they ran out of it now as I understood. But overall finally when received I can say they phone case is just AMAZING, AirPods Pro case is good also. I will give this company second chance and order MacBook Air case later

The customer service is a joke. I’ve emailed multiple times, they just ignore you. Can’t get a refund, can’t get my tracking info (WHICH I PAID THE EXTRA FOR,) and can’t even get a freaking email back. I’ve been waiting weeks. Waste of time and money.

I ordered 4 products on March 5 and even today I haven't received an email from them. I don't even know if I will receive more or if the whole site is a scam since it only lets you pay with the card. I also paid for “express manufacturing” lol. For what? It says your order is reserved for 09:59…. Over and over

Very good looking cases, great service when I accidentally got 1 wrong case and they fixed it within a couple of days with a replacement that I am waiting for now.

Hab die Hülle bestellt, kam nach einer Woche an. Jetzt ist die Hülle schon bei der Kamera gerissen… also sie sieht gut aus aber ist nicht besonders hochwertig.

Delivery is long. It took about 2 months and case delivered damaged in left corner. But I contacted and KULT decided my problem. They made a promise to send me new. Will check. But I must say quality of cases is good. They aren’t solid but really beautiful.

Sehr gute Qualität und außergewöhnliches Design, ich habe bereits über 10Hüllen gekauft und bin jedes einzelne mal wieder von der Qualität begeistert, die Designs sind sehr außergewöhnlich und einzigartig und man sticht stark aus der Masse heraus. Ich kann die Hüllen nur empfehlen.

The case is beautiful and fit perfectly to my phone, however the shipping took a bit longer than expected

To be honest it took like a month of waiting. Kind of expensive.

But when it does arrive, I think this is almost the end game phone casing. Everything is quality and fine fine products.

Support team have been amazing , responding to me fast and never ghosting me not even once. Really appreciate @ Ernesta!

The cases look exactly how it is displayed on their website, and the customer service is even better. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
