I've been waiting 4 days for a return receipt that I was promised would be here in 48 hours. I need to receive credit for Mt purchase that I no longer want. Unless, you consider 48 hours as 4 days not 2 full days. Shoes are great, but not what I expected.

Hi, its 48 business hours. We are not open on weekends, so weekends do not count. If you emailed us on Friday, We have till Tuesday to respond to your request. Returns is not a high priority for us. We process returns twice a week.

Getting the correct shoe size.
Getting the correct shoe size is challenging, to say the least. And If one does need to exchange for a different size, a small restocking fee is acceptable, but the shipping should be free. I have also bedn unable to order the Fei Lo 1920 Gum Shoe as it too is out of stock!

The price on this particular Nunchaku was good, and the quality is excellent. The shipping time was not long, and I was notified when my item was on the way. I would recommend Kungfu4less for martial arts supplies and will shop there again.

Worst! wannabe company ever.
Sorry of a company operating from a home that one has to pay half or full return shipping costs to return an item or request an exchange. The trouble and headache one experiences dealing with this wannabe so-called company is terrible. Find another martial arts company that's a real company to purchase your martial arts equipment. You'll save yourself money and trouble and won't get frustrated with all the foolishness!!!
I don't recommend buying anything from kung fu 4less. It's simply less trouble dealing with them,period!!!

This order was processed, shipped, and received quickly and correctly. The buyer later contacted us claiming a butterfly sword was defective. However, the images provided showed natural pores in the metal, which is a standard characteristic of how this specific item is manufactured, not a defect. We clearly explained this and informed the buyer of our standard 30-day return or exchange policy.
Instead of opting to return the item, a dispute was filed through PayPal. After reviewing the facts of the transaction, PayPal sided with our business, and the buyer lost the case.
It is incredibly disappointing to receive a retaliatory and inaccurate review simply because a payment dispute did not go their way. We have proudly been in business for 25 years, maintaining a 4.6-star rating with over 10,000 reviews.
