This online fire safety certification is essential for compliance. The Hospital Fire & Life Safety Course is specifically designed for healthcare professionals in Los Angeles who may face fire related emergencies in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, retirement homes, and psychiatric hospitals. Upon successful completion of Blue Card Fire Training LA, participants will receive a BLUE Fire card, valid for four years, or a PINK Fire card, valid for two years. These Online Fire Safety Certification LA comply with the requirements of the Los Angeles City Fire Department’s Hospital Fire and Life Safety Program. I saw that you replied to my review, but I wasn’t sure how to respond directly to a reply, so I’m writing this as a new review.
Please accept my deepest sympathies for you, your family, and your company. I can only imagine what you are going through, and I am so sorry for your loss. It’s clear that your father was an extraordinary person, with a deep passion for the safety and well-being of others.
You have no need to apologize, and the money truly means nothing to me. I will always remember your father, Brian, as a selfless advocate for safety. Thank you for everything, and thank you to your father for the irreplaceable service he provided to our community.
I will remove my previous review as it is an irrelivant and innacurate portrayal of HFSI and your father.

LA HFSI is a scam
LA HFSI is a scam! Booked 4 hour blue fire card training. Spent $50 and LA HFSI didn’t not send me the link for class training on July 20th. Contacted the business LA HFSI several times, but the business didn’t care to respond back. Save your money and find genuine business. LA HFSI is a scam.

He lived out of the country and I just got his possessions so I'm trying to inform everybody of what happened so they don't think my father was a scammer and was ignoring them. I assure you my father loved what he did and I know he would've loved to have your class and assist you in receiving your fire card. Again I apologize for everything and the frustration you must've had. My dad ran this company by himself which is why you weren't able to get ahold of anybody. I

Hello Stacey, my name is Daniel and I'm the son of Brian (owner and teacher of HFSI) and I'm sorry to inform you that my father has passed away 2 weeks before your class. I'm currently looking into how to refund everybody but I have seen that people were getting their money back on their own and I hope you were one of them. I am not associated with the business so I'm truly lost with how he had everything operated and my father had protections on everything so I'm doing my best to navigate through this while also dealing with the loss of my father. I truly hope you understand and I am truly sorry for any inconvenience you've had to endure during this time. I just received his property since he lived out of country which is why you haven't gotten a response until now. Again, I truly am sorry to you and everybody else whose going through this as well just as my dad would be too.

I paid for the class and never received any zoom link from this company. I call the two different phone numbers, texted and emailed them and no one responded. Yet, they took my $50 dollars.

Hello Juanita, I am the son of the owner and teacher of the company and I regret to inform you that on July 4th my father passed away. This is why nobody was able to respond since he ran this company by himself. He lived out of the country and I just received his property so I'm doing my best to let everybody know what happened so they don't think my father did this intentionally. He loved what he did and loved teaching everybody so please know that he would hate that you had to go through this. I am unaware of how to redistribute the money to everybody but I have seen alot of people get refunded, I hope you have already done so or you're able to. I now have his phone so if you cannot please reach out as I'm trying to figure this out myself. I truly am sorry for this and hope you're able to understand.
I signed up for a class for my fire…
I signed up for a class for my fire card a couple of days ago. I have not received my zoom link and have tried to call and email and Whatsapp and use any and every way to contact the company in hopes of getting my zoom link in time for the class today at 5PM. Nothing! No responses. I am so beyond upset. I needed it to start work this week and now I am not sure what will happen. I can not believe this company isn't a scam at this point. It is 5:13 and I have called a dozen times with no answer.
Very disappointing!

I truly am sorry that you had to go through this but I regret to inform you that my father passed away July 4th which is why you weren't able to have your class or get a response. My dad was the only person in the company and I just received his property due to him living out of the country which is why the response is so delayed. I assure you this company was not a scam and my father took a lot of pride and joy in what he did however due to your circumstances I understand why you would think so. I truly am sorry for this and sincerely hope that you were able to get your card elsewhere and everything is ok with your job. Again I truly am sorry for this.
