Took my money, cancelled the invite, didn't tell us, wouldn't give me my money back.

Accepts bribes. Unfair. If you bribe them, you’re fine I suppose. Good club that is run by horrible people and not worth your time

Went to a music event at Tofte Manor and it couldn’t have been more perfect, both weather, location and and fantastic music with perfect sound system. Well organised, and lots of good people… Thanknyou Melanie 🙏

Attended Fisher at The Royal Naval College in Greenwich, had an amazing day! Location, production and performance were outstanding! Security were also very friendly which is unusual at these events! Looking forward to the same again next year 😉

This event hosted at the Greenwich Royal Naval College in London was a disgrace.

Numerous about of damage to the building, the moments, the courtyard, the pavement and the list goes on.

This is a UNESCO world heritage site and a National Heritage Schedule I monument that requires special permission and has a number of requirements for safety and protect of the site which were not followed at all and damage done by staff with bins, generators, chemicals and much more. The event has been over for weeks and not one thing repaired or even the floors cleaned from the events.

They blocked all the areas from the members of public, tourist and locals and had no safe alternative or even signage and was a complete shambles.

They should
Never be allowed a licence again in again site.
The event was shocking barely 5 people dances at any one time too

VIP Experience is a CON & Poor Customer Resolution

I purchased four VIP tickets for the Empire of the Sun concert in London . Unfortunately, the VIP area was overcrowded, inaccessible, and located towards to back of the venue—offering no view of the stage. The supposed VIP perks (toilets, food, facilities) were either substandard or unusable due to long queues, forcing us to use general admission areas instead.
Despite multiple detailed emails over several weeks explaining the situation and requesting a partial refund (difference between VIP and GA ticket prices), Labyrinth Events repeatedly dismissed our complaint. They initially offered only two free tickets to a future London event (for a party of four, based outside London), which we declined as an unsuitable resolution. They later increased it to four tickets which we rejected as we don’t live in London. They failed to address the core issue—an undelivered VIP experience which cost us nearly £800.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with poor customer care, no genuine accountability, and no willingness to issue even a partial refund. I do not recommend purchasing VIP tickets from this organiser, especially if accessibility or premium service is important to you.

Bought backstage pass. Initially felt privileged until Fisher came on stage and the staff treated us like second class guests. Screaming at us to move so that they could widen the area for friends and family just as the artist arrived on stage. Missed around 30mins due to the disorganisation and commotion caused. The way we were treated and screamed at was shocking especially for people who had paid a premium to be there. Barriers were brought in to keep us back like cattle and what made it worse is that the majority of the friends and family couldn't have been less interested in the performance and spent their time chatting in front of you, bringing young girls into the area. Labyrinth Events really needs to rethink the position of area as it ruined our experience and didn't feel premium by the time Fisher came on stage. We were absolutely gutted. The area should have been sorted during the 3.5 hours we had stood in the same spot not when the artist came on stage. Sent a compliant email regarding how we were addressed and handled by staff but no response. Disappointing!

We purchased four VIP tickets at over £190 each, believing this would ensure a premium experience with excellent views of the stage and additional comforts throughout the day. Unfortunately, what we encountered was the complete opposite.
Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that the VIP section was positioned BEHIND the stage, offering no view whatsoever of the performances. This is wholly unacceptable for a VIP area, especially when the main purpose of attending the event is to watch live acts.
Additionally, the advertised VIP amenities fell far below standard. The bar offered no draught beers or ciders, and no bottles of wine – only an extremely limited and overpriced selection. 
Worse still, there was a severe lack of adequate seating. What little seating was available was so uncomfortable that several members of our group experienced back pain by the end of the evening. A handful of people managed to secure sofas, but for an event running from midday to 10pm, the lack of comfortable, ample seating was completely unacceptable.
In the end, two of us were so uncomfortable and disillusioned that we simply sat out the remainder of the event, while our husbands left the VIP section and made their way to the front of the stage, albeit at the back of the crowd, to see Madness perform – something we could have done for half the price with standard tickets and a far better experience.
We feel extremely disappointed and let down by the misrepresentation of the VIP offering. It failed to deliver on every front and did not justify the considerable cost. I therefore have request a full refund for the VIP tickets purchased.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into improving the VIP experience for future events – should you wish for people to ever book it again. DISASTER! :(

Terrible planning and awful communication. Event was delayed and no announcements or signage - really poor. Even at the end of the event there was zero organisation and the crowds were left to self disperse leading to overcrowded exits and confusion. Surprised they get to host decent bands at prestigious locations ! All round dreadful events company and have no care for their customers who they treat like cattle.

I purchased accessibility tickets for my disabled husband to attend an open air Madness concert at Tofte Manor. These tickets were purchased as my husband cannot stand for long periods so requires to be seated to watch a concert. When we arrived there was a tiny (holding around 20-24 people) accessibility platform, and no other accessibility area (although emails sent out prior to the event listed one as available). When I raised this with the organisers they told me it was first come first served for the platform, but the first comms on this was sent just before the event. As there was no assistance for my husband, we just had to leave the event. At no point during the purchase was there a warning that seating was not guaranteed for the event, and the lack of available seating was made worse as they were issuing platform tickets to those that requested them at the event. It does feel that this events company are paying lip service to disabled access rather than actually providing any help. Anyone planning this event, especially with the demographic of the audience, should have been able to see that 24 accessible seats would not be enough for an audience of around 3,500.
