Great service, I sent my ring for a complimentary resize on Monday and had it back by Friday, lady Lynsey kept in touch to let me know my ring had arrived and also to let me know it had been sent back with tracking number, really happy to get it back so quickly and can now wear without having to use a plastic ring sizer 5*****

Very pleased with my purchase. Louise was very helpful and supportive with adjusting the size of my rings and they still looked perfect before and after resizing.

Thank you Louise! A gem was missing from my engagement ring and I received a response via email within an hour of sending. Everything was explained to me and I was kept updated with when it went into the workshop, when it was done and sent! Absolutely fantastic and both my rings look brand new! Received them back today!

(I had a lot of questions). I ordered the ring, Louise kept me up to date with everything. My ring was delivered this morning, It's so beautiful and has an amazing rainbow sparkle which is one of the reasons why I love a moissanite gem stone💍💎.
