Today I purchased my second item from LaFurniturestore.com. I purchased the beautiful impera bed. Love the quality of the material and look of the bed. I like to be different and unique, which you definitely will receive with such a beautiful modern look. Can't wait to setup my wife and I new office with the office desk we just purchase.

She is an on staff interior designer who has great ideas. Her vision in finding just the right pieces for our new home was incredible. She has been fabulous to work with--very patient and continually meets our ever changing needs. Bravo! Totally an outstanding experience! We will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them.

My whole experience with dealing with LA Furniture was pretty fantastic.

I had never ordered such a huge purchase on line before and I was a little nervous with the whole process. Being living on the East Coast, I was concerned with the shipping, the delivery, what happens if it's damaged, etc., etc., etc. but dealing with Lynda Truong it all seemed seamless.

She was extremely helpful and personable and she knew her stuff. Lynda was very professional and knowledgeable, as well, and made my experience with this order a "piece of cake."

The entire buying process from LA Furniture was easy and fast. They have an excellent showroom, processed my payment and delivered the furniture quickly and without any issues.

I have no hesitation recommending this company and would gladly use them again for another purchase.

lA furniture refused to repair or replace the damged furniture.The furniture arrived damage, then I calimed damages right after arrival because I was un able to check at the time of delivery however they told me what I wrote at the delivery note ( upon inspection) is not clear not and I should of wrote damaged. The delivery truck driver who wrote the note and initial him self on the delivery receipt.

I got a set of furniture for $8000 few months ago. After recieving them I noticed some cracks and missing part. Since then I went to LA Furniture Store at Topanga two times and emailed the pictures of missing and cracking parts and called them several time but they didn't answered me. When you payed the money they never contact to you simple as this!

We love the furniture we purchased from LA Furnitur Store, but after the boxes were unloaded in our garage, we ran into problems. We had one piece of furniture that was damaged and when calling the store, we received a negative response with the promise they would call us back. When they didn't call us back, my husband tried calling them. They must have blocked our number as there was no answer - it just went right to voicemail and said they couldn't take a message because the box was full. This happened every time we called for several days, etc. It didn't matter what time of day or night we called, we got the same response. We also had a few questions to ask them about the table, etc., just information we didn't have. We still have not heard from them and have accepted the furniture as is, but I am sure we will think about them differently should the occasion to purchase furniture in the future and also share our experience with anyone who is ordering from them. It interesting that now they email us with all kinds of sales, but back when we really needed to talk with them, they wouldn't have a thing to do with us!!

We went in there fully furnishing our living room. The staff was very friendly and were very helpful. We spent 10k after our 20% off they promised us prior to picking items out. At the end the owner had a problem with it saying it was too much of a discount we offered to leave do too the tension and bad business on his part. At the end he agreed and we got what we were promised discount etc. two weeks later our 5k$ couch arrives with the other stuff on time and in tact. About a week after we realized the couch was the floor model that was in there for a year with broken legs and torn under upholstery. I guess our fault for not checking but that's bad business when promised a brand new couch and get lying a used one for 5 thousand dollars. Buyer beware the guy is a scam.

I got a sofa from them last month before I left the US. I was in a big hurry since an emergency came up and I requested the shipment to be made earlier so I had no idea what to expect. But the people there where very very nice and they understood the situation, me and my emergency and they acted on that.

When I got it I discovered a very small factory imperfection that made one of the segments of the sofa not assembling correctly so it had some sort of a small bump. I told them about this and they said they will send someone to check it and then fix it or replace it. I left the keys of my apartment to my neighbor and he was the one who let me know that everything was fine.

When I arrived back everything was fine. I did not had the chance to use it to much unfortunately since I had to leave the country again. My sofa is lonely!

Anyway, to get back on track I am satisfied with the services and the goods that was delivered to me. I got also a small discount and I was not charged extra for the fast delivery. From what my neighbor told me the guy who fixed the sofa came 2 days after I left that is 4 days after I got it so it was quick also.

The quality it's OK, they had much better ones but all I wanted was something simple that I can use from time to time since I travel mostly.
