I have bought several bikinis from this company they are so good that I had my bikini bag stolen from my hotel room then once again at the gym. However it’s a real struggle buying internationally I have had to pay ridiculous custom fees making each bikini to be around £120 each. for people buying in AUS it’s literally 240 for 1 bikini it’s ludicrous. And unfortunately the sizing is intermittent and I can clarify this because I had bought a replacement bikini for the one that was stolen exactly the same size and it didn’t fit! when I emailed I was told that the sizing is correct. When it clearly was different I’ve been the same size for about 15 years. I asked to return for a different size but the costs to send it back to them was half of the bikini itself so I was stuck with a bikini that didn’t fit. never once been offered anything for any of the the troubles. Just always told there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been a supporter of this brand for years. but if I’m honest there no loyalty from them. and it’s a real shame because I love their stuff. I’ve just received a new order with the wrong size but what’s the point in sending it back 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered and paid for a bikini set. The order was cancelled without any communication from the company and when I emailed twice asking why it was cancelled and not communicated to me they didn't get back to me for 3 weeks. Never received the bikini and it is now unable to get it due to 'no stock'.
Would have been my first time supporting this company, not again.

Lahana is what all other brands should look like! They excellently treat their customers, adjusting to each one's needs! The beachwear is just amazing, the quality, the colors and shapes are out of this world! Thank you xoxo

I have ordered from many swimsuit brands in my life, and Lahana is at the top of my favorites. The quality and fit is above any, worth the price every time.

Love this brand and so sad to see them (temporarily, hopefully!) go. Not only do they make the most buttery soft bikinis you ever wore, they're always happy to help with small random sizing or color questions, and have been so helpful and friendly the couple of times I've had to raise issues with customer service. 10/10 would recommend- other brands could learn a few things!

I made an order and got exactly what i wanted, the delivery to NZ was quite fast within the week id say. I was hesitant reading some reveiws but i took the boxing day sale anyway. i do wish they had more padded options tho and realistic "normal" models as its hard to gage size and fitting from a bikini model lol

Weren't able to fulfil my order.
"Unfortunately, the EMILIA BRA CUP TOPAZ BROWN XL has been oversold due to an error in our automated stock system."
Did refund the money however a disappointing experience to be frank.

I have written to customer services twice regarding an order I made. I ordered a size but was later told it was out of stock and sent my order late and with a different size. Now I need to return and have emailed twice and I am getting ignored and still no reply after over a week…

Simply the one and only absolutely the best ever swimming brands. I have probably 20 bikinis from you girls, and it’s always the best cut, the best quality, the best feeling. I’ve never loved myself in bikinis as much as in yours ❤️❤️

After a month I still haven’t received my order. I reached out to them 2 weeks ago and they said my order is being shipped out. I never got anything. I asked again and got no reply. The charged me but no order, no tracking information and no response for a very long time… disappointing.

I love the products but i ordered something on sale which never got delivered and now it’s out of stock so i cant reorder it :(. The customer service is very friendly and helpful but only after I reached out about never receiving my order. They never explained what happened with the order. It took a couple of weeks but eventually got my refund. In general I love the brand and what they do but the rating is because of the mishap. :/

My package got lost. First time I texted them they said i just have to wait. (Already one month passed). The second time they said it was lost and that they would refund me. 10days passed, still no refund, not answering my mails anymore. 270$ lost.

having ordered and spent a significant amount of money on the swimwear I am disappointed. the sizing is really off.
two of the tops (my regular size) don't fit and the sizing guidelines they give are clearly off! then one of the bikini bottoms just has a very bad cut as there i always double folding in the crotch.
now their return policies are not helpufl - up to the point that it doesnt make sense for me to return it because they don't cover any costs.
if you're in australia that might be different but definitely not recommend ordering from them as international customer bc chances that sizes are off is too high!

I ordered the wrong size for my wahine ( my girl ) and with one email not even 15 minutes later Ivy was quick to respond and cancel my order so I could order the right size for my woman! I’m sure she’ll be stoked to have a bikini that fits lol, but great customer service and beautiful bikinis for any woman, thanks again. Aloha!

Was sent something totally different to what I ordered on not 1 but 2 occasions. As soon as I received the package I emailed them straight after to let them know I was sent the wrong thing and if they could exchange it for what I actually ordered; only to be told what I originally ordered is now sold out and I couldn’t be sent what I paid for. Bad experiences for both times I tried buying something from this brand.

I had the best experience shopping at Lahana Swim. The customer service liaison I was dealing with, Ivy, went above and beyond to track down the right size for me. She got back to me in a timely manner and answered every question I had, I was actually blown away. The quality of fabric of the swimwear was also so beautiful, extremely high end. I will definitely recommend Lahana Swim to all my friends. Thank you.
