I ordered 2 pairs of classic slippers for gifts for my 2 best friends. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and looking even nicer in real life. Absolutely gorgeous quality slippers and the brooches are stunning. Every little detail is just exquisite. Can’t wait to give them to my friends. I highly recommend Laines. Thank you.

This is my second pair and was lucky enough to get them in the sale… pink with black panthers- I love them. I’m still wearing my older ones (black with jellyfish!) so these are going away for when I need them as the old ones are still so sturdy and pretty!

F/O slippers are perfect!
I was excited to get these for a bestie's birthday- they are perfect! Actually very pretty and comfortable. Size was great. The shipping was a bit wonky to the US, the address I input for the order did not translate well to the DHL delivery and it ended up delayed for several days. Other than that SUPER HAPPY with the purchase!

As mentioned in our previous email correspondence, you have received exactly what was ordered from our website. We offer a wide variety of slipper styles, and not all of them include brooches. The pairs you selected are not shown with brooches, nor does the product description indicate that they come with any.
As previously stated, if you would like to return the unworn slippers for a full refund so that you can reorder a pair that does include brooches, we would be more than happy to assist you with that process.
Additionally, please note that we have, in the past, offered free gifts with certain orders — sometimes including a set of brooches. However, that promotion ended on September 1st, which may be the reason for the confusion.

These are provided in our signature brand colours, and unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a variety of colour options for our packaging at this time.
Our slippers are shipped in strong, durable boxes designed to protect them during transit. We do not use individual shoe boxes, as this helps us keep costs down and pass those savings on to our customers. We include full details about our packaging on our website to ensure transparency, but we’re sorry if this was missed.
We currently don’t offer gift packaging as standard, but we truly appreciate your feedback and will definitely consider offering gift boxes as an optional extra in the future.
