The people are really first rate and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Also the product is good and I consider them a trusted partner, not always easy to find.

I wish every vendor could be like Lake! Super responsive and very flexible, I can ask them for anything: specific data look-ups like specific sized booths on a trade show floor, to a full calendar of shows and due dates, and everything is handled correctly and on time.

Sam and Calvin and his team are so pleasant to work with, they are like part of our Metro family!

Everyone is so responsive and professional. Even last minute requests are taken care of seamlessly. Based upon the number of opened emails each week, this is an extremely cost effective approach for conducting an awareness campaign.

My experience with this organization is well over five stars. From the beginning, the entire team has been on every one of our weekly video meetings. They are extremely professional, and so polite. These folks deliver incredible customer service. More importantly though is the quality of work they put out. They know exactly what they are doing, and everything presented to me has been top notch. They are open to constructive criticism, and new ideas. I wish all companies were like this.

I was suspicious of the lack of reviews and the obvious fake reviews for LakeB2B as well as the relatively low price offered by LakeB2B. But I also was impressed by early responses to deliver very precisely segmented lists that other far more expensive companies couldn't. I was sent a list of supposed email opens from a "test" email to this list that produced an alleged open rate of 18.15%. This apparently was a well orchestrated sham list to impress me and give me a false sense of confidence in "the team." I fell for it because I needed to believe them as I was stuck without them. My own self delusion. They know how to scam and played me like a fiddle. Requiring a bank transfer also made me quite suspicious, as did the multiple addresses and the surprised person on the phone I got who had to think to get his story straight about what the company does. I stupidly sent them money. Since the time for delivery of my emails came and went, there has been no evidence that a single email went out and there has been absolute silence from the people I was dealing with. They packed up and disappeared. LakeB2B appears to be a well thought through and well orchestrated scam.
