Ordered by accident, since on the web this company comes before the real HM Gov site. Paid well over the odds by credit card about a week ago and have received nothing! Very difficult to find any contact details, and I will certainly request a cash back from card company. Do not deal with these people.

Thinking I was dealing with the actual Land Registry I was suckered into paying £39.90 for what I already had from the real land registry for £3 a few years back.
The so called official copy of the deeds which you will receive form this company will in no way help you determine your OFFICIAL boundaries.
I placed this order0720 hr this morning. Realised I wasn't dealing with the actual Land Registry and asked to cancel the order 0749hr in good time before any work was carried out. Never the less they ignored my prompt request and carried on and issued the deeds at 0843/45 Hr. A good hour later and in plenty of time to cancel. Judging by reviews of this service this is what I should have expected.
To be fair I have now 26/4/23, received a full refund

So cross with myself in that I only just realised what LandRegistry-UK.com is!!

Charging £12.95 for a service which costs £3 on the HM Land Registry site, which is what I paid there but was duped into thinking this site was part of the same organisation and would post me out an Official copy of the title register, as I need one as court evidence.

This website intentionally deceives visitors into thinking they're HM Land Registry, even using a similar 'hive' logo. They 'blind' site visitors with repeated information pulled from the real HM Land Registry site.. From where you get an immediate download of the registry copy.

Emailed a refund request to them but doubt there'll be a response. Their Old Street, OL6 7SF address is totally bland and I expect just randomly picked.

So I submitted my credit card payment and was charged £12.95 but will now closely monitor it for odd transactions as don't really know where those details have gone. I have to wait 30 days until I can make a chargeback request to my credit card company. Reported to Action Fraud.

How does this site get an average 3 out of 5 stars when all reviews are a max 1 star??

Compete con, I knew when I was doing it, that it was fishy due to poor logos, no company registered details and fake phone numbers. At least three copy sites, two in Ireland and Stripe payments to a S O’Brien using these email alias’

Fake / not working numbers – +44 161 298 8119,
S’Obrien registered purported stripe number - +353 1 254 818 on payments go to VM.
Report them to Godaddy to get them taken down emailing here - Registrar Abuse Contact Email: abuse at godaddy.com
Reverse your charge with your provider, I will also contact stripe as I work in online payments.

Do not use this website, they are a scam. I have reported them to the police today to hopefully get their site taken down. I will also be reporting the scam to my bank to try and reclaim the money spent through this site. Stick to the official HM Land Registry.
