Sam was excellent in his communication and customer service to get my buy to let mortgage sorted and guided me through the process getting the best deal to suit my situation.

Buying a house is meant to be one of the most stressful things you do in life but from start to finish the service I had received from Larkbridge was outstanding. Everything was explained in detail so both myself and my partner understood what was happening and the next step in the process.

We had been trying to remortgage our property for almost a year before we stumbled across Jacob Manning at Larkbridge. We needed to raise quite a lot of funds to settle a divorce agreement, and we were hitting brick wall after brick wall. Neither Tom or I had a clue what we were doing and my anxiety was out of control! After a few weeks Jacob had found us a mortgage. He managed to calm my anxiety concerns and talked us through the process step by step. He was always available and was always there to answer any questions we had.
