Ho acquistato come sempre Toleriane dermallergico occhi 20ml tramite una farmacia online a luglio. Quando è arrivato il prodotto ho notato che aveva un colore diverso dal solito e mi sono insospettita e ho quindi contattato il servizio clienti, mi hanno chiesto se ero disponibile ad inviar loro il prodotto per analizzarlo e ho accettato. Come “ringraziamento” mi hanno inviato alcuni campioncini. Però alla mia richiesta di rimborso del mio prodotto o dell’invio di un nuovo prodotto sono spariti completamente, ho inviato diverse mail ma senza ricevere risposta se non una risposta che non c’entrava con il mio quesito. Ora mi ritrovo senza il mio prodotto e senza alcun rimborso. Ho speso 17,59€ e si sono volatilizzati. Hanno iniziato bene con il gesto dei campioncini ma poi si sono persi e hanno peggiorato la situazione non degnandomi di rimborso o sostituzione. Male male

Products fine not worth buying again but company is awful to deal with.

Sorry, but if they are going to get products delivered by such a terrible company like Evri, I do not care if the products are good or bad, you get a one star just because your product WAS NOT DELIVERED!!

I’ve used La Roche-Posay products for years without any issues, so I was genuinely shocked when their Effaclar Micro-Peeling Gel caused a severe allergic reaction. Within hours of applying it to my face, legs, and body, I broke out in painful hives that continued spreading over the following two days — eventually covering my legs, torso, arms, wrists, and hands, with visible swelling in my hands.

Despite taking antihistamines, the reaction kept worsening. I ultimately needed to see a doctor abroad, who prescribed oral steroids and a topical gel to bring it under control, at my own cost. I am now heading into day 5 of this reaction, still dealing with its effects, which shows just how severe and long-lasting it has been. I also lost working time and had travel plans disrupted as a result.

I reported this directly to La Roche-Posay, who logged the case and sent a lengthy medical questionnaire, which I completed in full along with photographic evidence. Their response afterward was a generic acknowledgment with no offer to cover the medical costs I incurred, the cost of the product itself, or any real accountability — despite the reaction being significant enough to require prescription treatment.

I’ve since seen other users reporting similar reactions to this product on La Roche-Posay’s own social media page, so I don’t believe this was an isolated incident. I’d urge caution with this product, especially for anyone with sensitive skin, and would expect a company of this size to offer more than a form-listed response to a documented adverse reaction. This highlights a genuine lack of governance and product oversight from a supposedly esteemed organisation.

I purchased 400 ml La roche-Posay Lipikar Baume in pump pack. The cream is thick and very nice however as you get near the bottom, you can't get all the cream. The thick cream sticks to sides of the container and is not accessible with the pump pack. If you are buying this product, I suggest you only buy the tubes (a more expensive option) until they resolve this problem.

The products are fantastic but the pump on the large AP&Max makes it impossible to get to the cream. It’s far too thick so I end up cutting the container which is far from ideal.
Delivery and ordering very straightforward.
They have come back to me on this so would highly recommend

Have healed my Pitiriasys rosea. But some of the products have tiny packages/size to the price of the products. Far too small :/

I have searched for years for a suncream that is effective, does not cause my eyes to sting or water, or irritate my skin- and now I have found it! Roche-Posay's Anthelious 400invisible fluid feels great on my skin, and offers 50SPF protection.

I’ve been really impressed with the Anthelios 50 sunscreen. It provides excellent sun protection without feeling heavy or overly sticky on my skin. It absorbs well, is comfortable to wear all day, and doesn’t leave an unpleasant residue. Definitely one of the best sunscreens I’ve come across!

My experience with the products has been great, my skin has been smooth, toned, moisturised and it glows for 24 hours. Consistency is the key as well.

I used La Roche Posay Mela B3 Serum Intensive Anti Dark Spots Concentrate for 14 weeks but I had no improvement at all in my dark spot pigmentation. Really disappointed as I followed the appropriate application routine carefully every day. This serum is advertised as a top dark spot removal serum but it simply didn't work and I have given up using it.

Your products really work I have had so many comments on how good my skin looks I am spreading the word

My relationship with La Roche-Posay began with a dreadful experience I had with my skin when I moved to the Uk. I went through piles of products and brands to get my failing skin back to its glory where it’s glitter would have people ask questions but to no avail. Stumbling upon the Lipikar Balm was an answered prayer as it offered immediate relief to itching, dryness, and flaking I experienced. I have remained loyal, and promise to not cheat on this relationship provided the quality , quantity, and formula remains the same.

Went through Chemo this year. Lipikar AP+Max, is brilliant for dry, itchy body. It made such a difference to me in this not so easy time. Will continue to use. Also used Cicaplast Baume B5+ on my face. Worked extremely well on extra dryness and extre wrinkles. All difficulties caused by Chemo. Both products left very shiny, oily sheen. Not a problem on body, but will probably discontinue Cicaplast now that I have finished Chemo, because my face is naturally very shiny anyway, which is always annoying.

I have always loved the sun and been brown all year round since I was 18, using sun beds at least once a week throughout the year. I’m now 58 and had sun damage, dark spots and pigmentation. On the recommendation of my doctor I did a course of Fluorouracil all over my body, doing an area at a time. I finally did my face and the treatment was horrific and my entire face was bright red and covered in a crusty scab. I looked horrendous but when I finished the treatment I started using La Roche Posay and the results have been beyond my wildest dreams - I now look 10 years younger, all the damage has gone and my skin has never looked better. I’ve used all kinds of face cream products from various reputable companies over the years but have been blown away by the results I’ve received from LRP - I’m completely converted and can’t recommend your products highly enough. It is the essential go to for anyone after using Fluorouracil and I cannot recommend your amazing products enough

Bought serum to fade dark spots ! Total waste of good money taken out of my pensions! Over 60 pounds paid and not one bit of difference ! Took pictures before and after and both areas exactly the same ! Didn’t even fade slightly ! Don’t waste your money ! Very very disappointed !

I bought the tinted face sun lotion in the lighter shade - I got the dark shade that made me look like I had black heads- I emailed la Roche, they eventually emailed me back asking if they could call me and could I give a few times I’d be available. I did and two months later they still haven’t called me!
As you can’t call them, I cannot be bothered to keep emailing them. Instead I’ve chose to never buy from them again.
