Worst customer service of all time. I ordered a $5000 transformer (that was over a month late by the way) that melted down, leaving a major piece of equipment in my business dead in the water. Not a single person would get on the phone with me to solve the problem, they kept directing me to an email address that nobody responded to. Judging by the rest of these reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence.
Never again.

I would definitely have reconsidered buying from Larson if I did my homework and have searched for reviews before hand. I went to them for an expert advice and now I am out $3000. I explained my situation to a minor detail and sent pictures of equipment name plate just to be recommended equipment that did not fix the problem but also failed after couple months. Larson did not answer my concerns nor did the reply when I told them about their equipment failure. In future I will definitely advise everybody to look elsewhere and I will do the same. The company is a scam. Hope nobody else makes the same mistake I did.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Bought two sliders, got the wrong thing. getting the runaround from non existent customer service. horrible experience. this company sucks.

Very unprofessional team. Delays orders by months and still doesnt live up to promised delivery days. You cant get a response for days, when you call they dont give a definite answer. I would not recommend and would not like anyone to suffer the same.

I ordered a product and they refuse returns. This was not clear when ordered. Customer service was short and disrespectful. I do not recommend this company. Stay away from them.

The only reason its a 1 star review is because i cant do any less. I have on order 8 transformers. 1st i was told it would be 3-6 days ARO to ship, it took 2-3 weeks, and they said they would be short shipping me by 2 pieces, couldn’t tell me when the backorder would be complete.

7/14/26 Received 2 pallets that were supposed to be 6 identical transformers. I have 3 tall pieces and 2 short pieces that match, along with 1 shorter piece that does not match the other short pieces. I dent know how they can say there are 6 identical pieces. AT most is 2 but in don’t know, not quite sure what it’s supposed to be. But clearly not 6 pieces.

7/14/26 Started communication with LARSON electronics VIA EMAIL with photos of whats on pallets, of labels of product shipped. When i call, there is always and INDIAN person that answer, i am not against it, but they can be barley understood, they say someone will respond to your email. There is absolutely NO way to speak to an clearly english speaking person, who is in a position to make any changes or explain why my shipment is so wrong. I sent them PHOTOS of the incorrect product, all they say is you approved the WIREING VIDEO we sent you, which is true, but in realty i didn’t approve them to send 3 unmatching sets of parts, i asked for 6 identical parts. All they response when i am lucky to get a response is you have 6 identical parts, which I can’t ship to my customer. Because at the very best i may have 2 complete items. But I don’t know for sure, I can’t get one of their experts to speak with me.

The only saving Grace is, i am on NET 30 but i have no good answer to give my best customer i have as to how this will be corrected.

Tha being said They will not be paid until its corrected, if you have other manufacture options please use them, you will lose your mind trying to deal with LARSON ELECTRONICS>

I placed an order on June 30 I received an acknowledgment the next day I was given a ship date of 3 July on 5 July I received a video of the technician finishing it showing me that was operational. Didn't ship on the sixth I called I was given a ship date of the is now the 15th and it still has not shipped all I get is sorry it will ship and the new ship date no one can tell me what's really happening just in process

Absolutely terrible customer service. We spent a significant amount of money with this business on power carts, only to find out the website description was completely wrong. When we reached out to get a replacement, they completely ghosted us and have left us on read for two weeks now. To make it worse, when you call them, they just tell you to email—but then they completely ignore the emails. Completely unacceptable way to treat customers who spend real money with you. Avoid this business until they learn how to actually reply to their customers and fix their own mistakes.

The explosion proof light fixture i got from Larson is a poorly engineered POS. To hang the fixture you mount a disc to a bracket. The bolts they give are not long enough to put the supplied lock washers on when bolting the disc and bracket together. You'll need two allen sizes, 1/32" different, why not just use the same size? And worst of all, after installing the bracket, you can no longer access the bolts that hold the termination lid on, so you have to remove the light from the bracket to make up your wires and then hang the light. What a joke.

Had a customer order a transformer from them. When they got it, it wasn’t to spec. When asked for tech help as to why, they just wanted to argue. We ultimately issued a refund to our customer, but Larson has taken a stance to not issue us a refund. They ignore any calls and emails that is sent their way after post sales. After going to the BBB they said that they could issue a 50% refund if we could prove it was still in working condition. I sent them pictures of it still in original packaging and now they say that’s not enough evidence. Before of this company because we are not the only ones getting scammed!

Poor customer service. Shipped a faulty product that they refuse to accept back because it was "tested"

received quote, requested simple information like Warranty information, told i have to send the request to a supervisor, 4 e-mail and 3 calls no response from anyone, job is still in limbo

Ordered a part a week ago was told it was in stock ready to ship within 1-3 business days still no shipping info and have been on the phone multiple times with them today with no answers to why this is happening. Absolutely horrible and doesn’t even deserve a single star

Ordered specialized equipment needed to use for pro sports playoffs and my client. Spent several weeks trying to get in touch with this company. Several emails and phone calls. When finally reached someone, multiple fail points in communication. Couldn't get the quote correct, which resulted in being split into several orders. I arranged for the shipping and my shipping company was sent away saying shipment wasn't ready, then was called later saying they looked at the wrong order and it was ready the whole time. The president actually blamed that on me saying that they usually arrange the shipping so that wouldn’t have happened. Sorry. You failed at literally everything else, so I took care of the one thing I could control. By the way, your shipping quote was over $1300. Using ODFL and my account, cost me less that $400 and I received it in less than 2 days.

Upon receiving the equipment, we noticed that some parts were mismatched, rusted, scratched and dirty. Primarily the most expensive item. This 13.5 foot telescoping mast is now leaking and not holding pressure as well. I have sent several emails now regarding resolving this issue as well as multiple phone calls and even text and phone calls to the president of the company. I've had 0 response to all attempts.

Quite frankly, there isn't enough characters left for me to detail how completely incompetent this company and its staff has been from the top down. They say they have videos showing all is in working condition. I haven’t seen any. However I’ve sent them photos and videos of the issues with the equipment. I also have dozens of emails and text messages detailing issues.

They say they considered not selling to us at all because we complained so much!? Hmmm. How about do better? They patted themselves on the back for “educating” us on all the small accessory parts that were needed. That’s after I asked several times if there was literally anything else I would need to make it all work because I lost so much time with their failed communication, that I’d have no time left if they forgot to inform or include something I would’ve had to have to make the system work. Turns out there were several small items that I found out about last minute that cost me another several hundred dollars. So I guess you did “educate”. Good on ya

I’ve been a business owner for over 25 years. I’ve maintained and managed many high profile clients for most of those years. If I handled my business the way Larson took care of me, I’d be bankrupt. Do better!!!
