Low-intensity shockwave therapy is designed to stimulate tissue repair and new blood-vessel growth. It’s normal for some patients to have temporary tenderness or mild, short-lived bruising from tiny surface vessels after treatment. Importantly, the full regenerative response often takes time—many patients see their best results between 3–6 months as the body remodels and heals.
That said, any sudden change in function deserves prompt attention. Lost Insurance Coverage and looked for a replacement
Background: my insurance carrier decided to stop covering my wegovy prescription. I had to find another solution.
I heard LaSara Medical Group was helping someone on the Radio KROQ and inquired. FYI radio advertising still works.
I was able to get a consult the next day and was given honest and straightforward options. I took the information and did more research on other companies for about a week. I was not hassled on whether I would sign up with them.

Mark was very thorough. He ensured to understand my goals and then walked me through options to achieve my goals. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. The consultation and ordering process was very easy. If I had one suggestion it would be that the communication prior to the meet was duplicative, having to give the same info multiple times and too many reminders about the meeting. But overall I was very happy.
