Their customer service is excellent and their fees were very reasonable. Amy and Helen were proactive with regard to both the purchase and sale of our Properties. They were consistently polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and acted accordingly. Communication was great and they took action to move things along very quickly when there were potential delays by others involved in the process. They removed much of the stress involved when purchasing or selling houses and we're really grateful to them.

I’ll start by saying that I normally really don’t enjoy dealing with solicitors. The process often feels stressful, slow, and difficult to navigate. This experience was the complete opposite.

From start to finish, communication was excellent. Rasheda was clear, responsive, and proactive, keeping us informed at every stage and explaining things in a way that actually made sense. Questions were answered quickly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Accessibility was also a huge positive, it was easy to get in touch, easy to understand what was needed from us, and the whole process felt well managed and calm rather than overwhelming.

What could have been a stressful remortgage process was handled smoothly, professionally, and efficiently, which made a real difference.

I’ve used them a few times and they’ll be my go to in the future. Jayne Doyle has dealt with my most recent house sale and has been great. Kept me up to date through the whole process.

Blacks provided a clear point of contact, Faye, who was the conveyancer for our purchase. She acted efficiently and helpfully through out. In comparison with other conveyencers I have used, a massively helpful improvement would be a scheduled weekly proactive update (ideally complemented by a webpage showing such things) with a list of things in progress and actions needed from me. Without that I find it hard to give 5 stars tho what was an otherwise very good service.

I have worked with Bilal Sheikh and Debra Winnard on several occasions both are excellent to work with. Nothing is to much trouble and respond promptly. Both Highly recommended.
