I used Blacks Solicitors to purchase my first property and I had a wonderful experience. My brother-in-law, whom I trust recommended Paul Firth so he was my conveyancer. As a first time buyer, clear and consistent communication was needed and Paul provided prompt response to my queries. He was professional, responsive and thorough. He spotted things which needed to be scrutinised by a surveyor to ensure I didn’t have any issues further down the line so he was looking out for my best interest which I appreciate. I am begrudgingly writing this review ;). But they deserve one. Blacks are by far the best conveyancer that I have used. I have now bought at 5 properties using them. Liam and his team are excellent. They are extremely efficient and work hard. If only their counterparts - the seller's solicitors could be as good. However Blacks are very good and chase up the other party even when they are unresponsive.

Having applied for a remortgage I found out my chosen solicitor wasn’t on the mortgage company so I chose to go with Blacks. From beginning to end Rebecca and Ella was amazing, so much so that I’ll be using them all of the conveyancing matter going forward.

Very good solicitor got my house keys within 2 months definitely using them again
