Friendly efficient and when unfortunately the carriers damaged the mower in transit - they organised pick up and for the mower to be repaired. Unfortunately the manufacturers took too long to fix the mower, so requested a refund which they immediately did. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a Hyundai compressor from Lawn and Power for a good price and found delivery was very quick.
When I first opened the packaging, there was a badly damaged pin to the electrical plug.
Within two days, this company arranged delivery of a replacement compressor and collection of the damaged unit.
I cannot speak too highly of this company, they are easily contactable, very helpful and do exactly what they say they will do.
Although I have not used Lawn and Power before, I would certainly have no hesitation in buying from them again and absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I do not normally go out of my way to post reviews, but In my opinion, they are a breath of fresh in the world of online buying. My point of contact was Dave Thomas, his communication was faultless and he made the whole process totally pain free!

What a fantastic company. I called first before purchasing. I ordered on a Tuesday and it was delivered on the Thursday. Stupendous, since I live in North East Scotland and miles away from Lawn and Power. Thanks guys, I will see what else you have that I may need!

I’m delighted with my Hyundai 530 (224cc) mower. I found several suppliers offering it at a higher price, but none lower. It arrived the next day, free delivery. Excellent. It looks great. The instructions were clear. The YouTube assembly video was clear. The whole thing was straightforward to prepare. What is more, it actually started at the very first try! Unbelievable! I also love the hose connection feature to clean the underside. Ingenious. A great piece of kit. Thank you.

ease of ordering,swift delivery, good service and my hyundia mower was easy to assemble and as a slow 73 yr old women am highly delighted at its ease of use with electric start its big but no problem to use there's no chance of my grass overgrowing now!

The staff were, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Ordered a rotavator at around 9am and it was delivered the following day. I was not expecting it till the day after, so, a pleasant surprise. Asking for a VAT receipt took about 10 minutes before it arrived. This company wants your business and strives to achieve your expectations.

Had a glitch with brand new Hyundai chipper that would not run. After talking to Glen at Lawn and Power the machine was picked up and returned within 14 days and was sorted. Now runs sweet. Many thanks Glen.

Been looking for a while to buy a plate compactor for farm road repairs. Based on a very positive experience with a Hyundai chainsaw I thought I'd try a Hyundai. Lawn and Power had one on their website when all the others were out of stock. I'm usually pretty wary of deals that look so good on the internet but our local machinery dealer wanted twice the price for a similar machine so I gave Lawn and Power my full internet check :-). Companies House confirmed their accounts were up to date, their location on Google maps pointed to a block of flats, but more importantly, a location near the Hyundai importers, and Trustpilot showed positive results since a change of ownership a few years ago. So I parted with my hard earned cash and gave them my order. The result was a resounding success. The 81Kg machine arrived a in a couple of days, delivered by a helpful and friendly driver, the machine started first pull, and I've already had several hours effective work out of it, just as good as the market leading hired machine I've used in the past. I called the company pre sales and pre delivery and they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Both the company and the product are excellent.

What a fantastic company. Their customer service is second to none. I had a pressure hose that went faulty, emailed Lawn and Power to let them know. They then dealt with the manufacture of the hose directly and I got sent a new hose very quickly. Lawn and Power had great communication via emails and whatsapp. Can't fault them at all and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you very much, Meggan

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company!

Ordered a new mower. Due to it needing a signature on delivery as stated on the website, I left a note on the order for them to deliver to my neighbour for a signature if im not home.
Courier are saying the delivered it and left it at my door (whilst signing for it themselves under MY name), but it was not delivered.
Lawn and power told me I had to wait 6 working days for the courier to investigate before they could refund me (which is totally wrong).

Now, 10 days later they are refusing to refund me saying that the courier delivered it and left it at my door!! A total breach of the Consumer rights act and this will be taken further. Section 29 of the consumer rights act clearly states "The goods remain at the trader's risk until they come into the PHYSICAL possession of the consumer"

A signed for delivery is that for a reason! It should never be left on the doorstep without a signature, especially when there were instructions to deliver next door for a signature if nobody was home!

Take a look at other negative reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I wish I had checked here first.

A brilliant customer/order service. I’m 84 years old I rang up and was assisted in ordering the wood/chipper on line. It arrived at my home 24 hours later. I felt the person I spoke to had the time and patience to help.
