It would be great if all transactions made with my link appeared on my dashboard. But its only show on my admin dashboard.

There are two annoying things about Lawpay. First because I access my account from a couple different computers/phones, it seems like I am continuously having to validate my account. Every 30 days seems a bit much (my old card processor didn't do that). Second, when I'm using my phone to send a "quick bill", I go to lawpay.com but there's no login from that screen. I just spent a minute poking around looking for it. Then, of course, I have to revalidate my phone and wait for the email. So 5 minutes rather than 30 seconds...On the plus side it's a good payment processor so hopefully they'll take my suggestions constructively.

The wait time between receiving my money and the distribution is too long.

I don't feel like your sales staff was honest upfront. We didn't understand that basically every card is specialty card now a days and the fact we can't charge the client for using a debit card. It felt like we were promised so much more than you delivered. Whenever I spoke to someone about my issues they explained it well after but nothing was explained well upfront.

Law Pay is so much better than Pay Pal! This platform is made for attorneys and respects the contractual nature of our job. In addition, there is a loan option clients may apply for.

The software is hard to use and provides very little information (e.g. outstanding invoices). Quickbooks is a far better software. Clients are confused and have stopped using it almost all together.

This is so convenient and easily.

My experience has been great. It is remotely easy to get everything working.

Law Pay is a fantastic platform for sending invoices and collecting payment for legal services. I highly recommend Law Pay.

LawPay is excellent on every level: from customer service to program performance to range of payment acceptance available. I highly recommend LawPay to any attorney who wants to be able to accept a wide variety of payments!

We're happy with the ability to collect payments online and to have a link on our website. The service fees are less than many other credit platforms. However, we're not pleased with the "pay over time" aspect from Affirm. We've yet to have a client get approved for it, so we're not collecting the full fee upfront and still working on payment plans ourselves. Affirms standards seem to be a little high.

After spending 5 years as a judicial staff attorney in Florida and then 15 years at Westlaw (now Thomson Reuters) where I spent the early part of my legal career migrating attorneys from print to online to cloud environments, I launched my own practice in 2019 only to have to shut it down due to COVID. I was very reluctant to start my practice over again primarily because my time spent as a solo practitioner was met with serious challenges, with the most notable being getting paid.

However, the Florida Bar's membership program discounts led me to Law Pay where I sought to verify the Bar's ringing endorsement of Law Pay's services. After a demo of Law Pay's functionality with one of its account managers who kept things extremely professional yet refreshingly casual, I can honestly say that of all the solutions available to assist attorneys with their practices, Law Pay's seamless and intuitive offerings have been the most encouraging part of starting my practice over again, and I can't wait to jump back in.

I like the fact that when I call customer service, I can get a live person relatively quickly who I can understand, and they can answer my questions. I have used other similar platforms in the past and I have experienced very long wait times and the customer service person was hard to understand.

So glad I started accepting credit cards - amazing service
