I am retired military of 22 years of service, and a retired Nurse Anesthetist. In both civilian and military work, 60 hour plus work weeks were the norm, sometimes over 100 hours per week. The Lazarus products help to give me the relief I need to once again enjoy life and to be able to function now that I am retired.

This product does not help with pain at all. I took the recommended dropper full, then again, a couple of hours later. I was still in quite a bit of pain. I doubled the dosage the next day, still no relief. I wanted this product to help me, as I have chronic pain on a daily basis. The taste is horrible and unlike anything I have had before. I wasted my money, don't waste yours.

Lazarus Naturals is the best when it comes to CBD products of all kinds. They have numerous tinctures, capsules, gummies, and other types of CBD, CBN, CBG, etc., products one could ask for. Their prices are extremely fair and on par with other companies. The quality of the products is high grade and clean. They test extremely well and they are transparent with regard to testing and their sources for all their products. I have used them for years and will continue to do so as long as they are in business. The customer service provided is above and beyond helpful and kind. I have worked in and dealt with many entities in the Cannabis industry and Lazarus Naturals is the best spot to go for any CBD needs. Thank you.

Lazarus Naturals was hacked in 2023 and they have never recovered from the incident. They still have numerous problems with their company. Many parts of their website do not function properly. After spending many hundreds of dollars with them over 2 and 1/2 years, they have shut me off and I have been denied access to my account. I'm no longer able to login.

The last time I was able to order or make any communication was December 2023. I've tried contacting them numerous times by email and by phone, but nothing changes.

Supposedly they've been "upgrading" their system. On April 5, 2024, I received an email from someone claiming to be a customer support manager with a link to change my password. THIS STILL DID NOT WORK - AGAIN it said, "Incorrect email or password." THEIR WEBSITE IS SEVERELY BROKEN. I've had no access for over 3 months now.

I've been forced to look for other companies to buy CBD. However, this has been a big hardship for me because I was on their assistance program. I'm a low-income person and trying to find decent quality CBD at other companies is very expensive.

I would NOT recommend ANYONE get involved with this company because their system is still broken. Your personal information or credit card information may be stolen. Or, if you try to order, they may just steel your money and not send anything. It's just not worth the risk.

Shipping has completely gone to crap. Used to take one business day and now it can take seven. Customer service is apathetic

They are the by far the best company, in both the quality of their product and integrity of their business model, I've found for CBD. I was ready to give up on CBD and on a whim decided to try one more brand. You can taste the terpenes and I love that they do everything from growing to packaging on-site. It also incredibly generous that they offer a discount to low-income people and veterans. I recommend them to everyone and will be a lifelong customer for both myself and my dogs.

Lazarus Naturals has been around a long time and they have a reputation for providing good customer service! They're an honest company that you can trust, and that means a lot to me! They have good prices and always ship promptly.

Their products work great for my arthritis pain and to help me sleep. Their orders come well packaged and quickly even when using the free shipping option. Prices are reasonable and their website is easy to use for ordering compared to other companies I've tried.

They are misleading people by calling their hemp CBD. Real RSO has high amounts of THC, their products have less than 1% and useless for medical treatment. Customer service is also non existent.

I’m a huge fan. I order from Europe and pay tax to receive it, but it’s well worth it. Costumer service is always helpful and polite.

Love their products. Have to pay custom fees to get the products in Belgium but it is worth it.

I've been buying various CBD products for them after a friend strongly recommended them to me. It's been probably 5 years, maybe more.

Veterans and the low-income population can receive a pretty hefty discount, which has been hugely helpful to me.

Their CBD mobility dog treats routinely become sold out, and they're excellent. We have 4 dogs in my household, ranging in age from an 11 year old large breed with hip pain to a 4 year old, and all of them love their treats.

For myself, the full spectrum CBD has helped me lower my debilitating anxiety to a point where I can function again, and sometimes even deal with crowds in stores. It also helps a lot with my back pain and my sleep, though they have a specific blend for sleep that is just 10/10 and replaces my sleep supplements when I have it on hand.

I made a mistake in my order which I found out about and tried to cancel it. I called customer service and the representative told me she can't cancel it. She was so rude. I don't know her name but I called Monday 11/29/21. I believe that products are pretty expensive so it would be nice to have customer service who care.

Their assistance program is amazing. I miss smoking the real thing, but for someone like me who needs to pass drug tests, I can confirm their thc free products are a safe choice. U use the cbd tincture(thc free) and the cbg tincture. I noticed that cbg is more "sativa' like and cbd more for night time, but neither are intoxicating and they work well at a 1:1 ratio as well. If you're on the fence about Lazarus Naturals, go for it. Great company. Great products. Unbelievable price.

So far this company is great. They accepted my doctors note I handed in that explains my health issues. Every other CBD company wouldn't because I'm not collecting a disability benefits. So basically I'm getting punished for going to work everyday. I work in constant pain. 3 surgeries on my back. 3 surgeries on my right foot. The only company that accepted my doctors note of my health issues was lazarus naturals. They have great customer service. One very nice woman I spoke to on the phone actually talked to me for 30 minutes explaining everything to me about CBD because I'm new to it. I mean you can't get a better product. All their products are 3rd party lab tested. I highly highly recommend lazarus naturals!

Lazarus Naturals assistance program has been amazing for me, up until recently. I was charged the standard price unknowingly so I contacted customer service to figure out what was going on. I tried canceling my order immediately as the original price for the product was out of my budget. No Response. Multiple attempts to contact them and it seems they just don't care. I understand that it's the holiday season but that is no excuse to not responding to a customer with an urgent matter.

Their CBD is good, which is why I'm not knocking it down to 1 star. But their customer service is nonexistent.

The actually listen to their customers. The products are high quality. Orders are packaged and sent out in a timely matter. I usually receive my order in 3 days. Shipping is free...no minimum purchase. Occasionally they send samples of balms (new scent) and or new products like their hand sanitizer.

Huge discounts for those in armed forces and first responders. Very recommended.
