The team at lease cars for less were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process incredibly simple and easy. They helped me to find the perfect car (even though I wasn't sure myself what I really wanted) and the order was placed quickly, and delivery confirmed within a few weeks (and given this was a brand new model that was not even in the uk yet this was very impressive!) i got regular updates and great comms from the team (Mark and Katie) and they also got me a fantastic deal - very good value for money, I could not be happier. I would recommend lease cars for less to anyone, they were a pleasure to deal with :-)

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie and Treena at Lease Cars for Less, and I cannot fault their service. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process.

Whilst there was a delay in getting my car, this was completely beyond their control due to external circumstances. What impressed me most was how they kept me informed at all times, ensuring I was never left wondering what was happening. Their communication was exemplary and really made what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable.

I would highly recommend Lease Cars for Less, particularly if you have the opportunity to work with Charlie and Treena. Their customer service is first-class, and they clearly care about ensuring their customers are looked after properly.

Everything went ok and received my vehicle earlier than expected. So far I'm happy with my electric car now I'm getting used to it.

Very good communications between the team to keep me informed on progress especially prior to the delivery. Car delivered on time. The delivery team were professional, car operating systems were well explained to me. The competitive lease rate was my introduction to Leasecars4less but I would recommend them not only for that but for their overall attention to detail.

I leased a Nissan X-Trail through LeaseCars4Less at the end of May on a 3-year lease, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. I first came across them via a car comparison site and found the website very easy to use — finding the right deal was straightforward.

Customer service was also a real strong point. I dealt with a representative who was very responsive and quick to answer all my questions and handle my requests. Their pricing was very competitive, and the lease terms were clearly explained and fair.

Delivery was smooth and well-organised — the delivery driver even texted me on the day with an up-to-date ETA, which was a nice touch. I haven’t needed to contact them since, but everything so far has gone without a hitch.

What stood out most was the combination of price and ease. I really can’t think of anything that could have been improved. I’d definitely recommend LeaseCars4Less to anyone looking for a hassle-free, great-value lease.

Since the lockdown, however, we’ve noticed that many companies just dont want to talk to customers and are happy just to send an email so if you do have any questions its just not efficient or quick. After requesting quotes for a new vehicle LeaseCars4Less were the only ones to actually pick up the phone, take the time to understand our requirements, and offer us the best deal.
