As a family we find travelling through Leeds and Bradford airport so easy. We always need special assistance for our daughter and it’s so well organised (which is based on experiences had in other European airports). I wish they could all be like LBA.
Staff are friendly and helpful. We use meet and greet and parking too which provides a stress free experience which is easy to access.

Clear and straightforward instructions issued when booked in advance, and car park was simple to find, access and leave.

Used the meet and greet parking. Staff friendly and handover of car was quick. Very close to the main terminal, 2 minute walk at most. Check in was quick and seamless. Security also very quick. A lot of building work going on so lots of short narrow corridors and at times terminal felt a bit small and overcrowded as a result.

Encountered no problems from booking, entering, parking and departing! Will definitely use again.

We used the short stay car park.
The barriers into and out of the car park worked well no delay recognising the car as you approach. We found a space relatively easily. However the spaces are very narrow ( we have a mini.) we were parked central to our space. On return someone had hit the door with their door taking the paint off. Wider spaces maybe would help especially when luggage etc needs to be removed or put in.
On exiting the car park the route wasn’t clear. Exit signs, along with road markings need to be clearer, we ended up in a dead end and appeared to take a long journey to exit possibly due to the poor signage

the ticket when we arrived to park was blank, so after a two week stay we had to rake around our paperwork at 4am in the morning after the flight to find the info whilst exiting as the machine barrier wouldn't open, would suggest your ticket machines are in full working order all the time. the price we pay per week for storing cars ?!

and the bus transfer was over 1/2 an hour on the morning, for the long stay carpark.......Sentinal buses were in and out every 10 mins

It's a great first time experience with this parking area that is near to airport and saftey having not any problem

Parking pretty good. Fast track security a good extra. Food choices airside poor, possibly because a lot of renovation work going on. Probably go

Have used 4 times now when flying from LBA and is excellent drive upto the entrance recognises number plate, straight in, ample great wide parking spaces not like supermarkets lol!! Clearly marked areas and shuttle bus collection stops, at the terminal within 10 minutes of driving through the barrier will definitely be using again for our holiday in october !!

Good directions to site. Plenty of spaces available. Shuttle bus arrived in good time both arriving and departing. Limited space for suitcases on bus. Helpful drivers both ways.

The one hour free parking is good but when will international arrivals have an inside waiting area. In December we had to wait out in the rain, and today seven months later it was still outside waiting. What's the problem and will it ever be sorted? Chuffin 'ell

Leeds Bradford Airport seems OK, parking very easy and staff at the meet and greet very friendly. Jet 2 staff seemed very sick and didnt want to be there, which is a very different experience from the normal friendly jet 2 staff who are always keen to help. Not here though. Standing round talking amoungst themselves. Visited the Tap and Brew resturant. Very expensive, serving cold food. Very disappointing. If I revisit Leeds Bradford again I certainly wont be revisiting this resturant and wouldnt recommend it. Tap and Brew very very disappointing. A lot of the food on the menu was sold out. As the food is ordered on the App, you are told that food is not available when staff come to your table. Then you have to join the long queue for a refund......rediculous

Parking at Leeds Bradford Airport was so easy straight in the barriers lifted it was quite full but managed to find a spot not far from bus stop 2 parked up and away were, took a photo to remind us which zone we were in and bus stop, no problems at all.

So easy to book, plenty of choices to park, everything is explained about how to get there & how to enter the car park & all the prices.

We booked the mid stay car park having not used Leeds Bradford airport before were really pleased the the location and how quick it was to get from the car park to the terminal. Very easy to book on line and we felt a reasonable price.
We got an email with clear instructions how to get there before hand and hand no difficulty finding a space even though the car park was just.
Perfect way to start the holiday!

The service is useful, but late at night coming from the overflow car park it was difficult to see the exit signs so I went wrong once. When I got to the barrier I put in the card I had been given from the machine at the start of the holiday. The machine asked for £370. In shock I nearly paid it thinking that I had made a mistake. On taking a little time, I read the confirmation email and in the small print it said this could happen, so just press the help button and explain. There was no help button so I pressed all of them and then the phone started ringing. A helpful gentleman opened the barrier, but it was not what I needed at 1:00 am and it could easily be avoided with a little more thought. But it is useful, convenient and relatively inexpensive to park there
