I strongly advise everyone to avoid Lefton Home.

I received wrong parts twice in a row. The buttons they sent:
- were from a different sink model,
- do not fit at all (the mounting part is clearly longer),
- and to make things worse, the package contained four buttons in four completely different shades instead of a matching set.

This is not a small mistake – it shows a complete lack of quality control.

I contacted their support multiple times and sent clear photos as evidence. At first, they responded, but after the second incorrect delivery, they completely stopped replying.

So now I am left with:
- unusable parts,
- wasted time,
- and zero support from the seller.

This is extremely unprofessional. If something goes wrong, you cannot rely on them to fix it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Very quick to respond. Faucet was still under warranty, so they sent a new one very quickly. Excellent customer service.
Please do not change! I hope you guys will always be great.

This has to be one of the best products I ever purchased. I'll say I was sadden when the temperature sensor stopped working. I definitely was extremely happy when I reached out to customer service (after discovering that the sink is still in warranty) and they were very quick to reply and send a replacement for the sensor. Thank you so much for being accommodating and friendly with this problem.

Initial package got lost so after almost 3 weeks I messaged their customer support on a Wednesday and received a new package by that Monday. Great quality faucets and will be looking into more Lefton products for my home.

We ordered a sink that looked very nice online. We were very excited for an integrated sink system with fun features. However, when our granite installer looked at it he said it won’t work with our kitchen. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the sink, so we went through the process to return it, which took a while, but did eventually end in a refund. Please take a look to make sure your countertop design will work with this sink size before ordering. Our countertop installer said this is common.

I noticed that I had ordered the wrong color with my order. I emailed customer support several hours after the initial order, stating what I had done. They responded with stating that they stopped the order and were changing the color for me.
This is my first time using this company. If this is how they treat their customers than you have a customer for life. I will brag to everyone on the exceptional service I received even before I used their product. Can't wait for my order to arrive and put it to good use.

I don't have a positive experience with this company.
I cannot ship the unused item back to this company because the customer service is extremely slow with their response.

Thought that I had not received all my order in fact I was mistaken but communication
with Lefton representative was quick and straightforward and I was very impressed with response time!

I ran into a problem and need a part and Lefton Customer service was fantastic shipping me the part in no time at all !

I ordered a sink from Lefton approximately 2 years ago now for a new home construction we have been working on. I had briefly looked at the sink without completely removing it from the packaging. We are now to the point of installing the sink (2 years later) and noticed a piece broken off the water fountain. I contacted them and no questions asked they are shipping another water fountain unit. I am very impressed with their response and punctuality. I will update this review once I receive the new part!

Response from customer service was quick... I received at least 1 email per day, until the issue was resolved.
And the resolution.... was AMAZING!!! We lost the small cover to the emergency drain during remodeling, was asking how to go about ordering a new one.... I am receiving a replacement Free of charge!!

Purchased the Workstation Sink which in itself is truly amazing. However the quality of the product is hugely disappointing and the customer service difficult! The knobs, dials and work station panel has tarnished and chipped and looks awful! Lefton have supplied replacement knobs but these do not fit properly and does not address the tarnish and chipping on the work panel. In just over one year the led digital temp gauge is not working and Lefton have chosen not to answer my email on how to fix. In fact Lefton do not want to help and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. So, so disappointing as the idea of the workstation sink is fantastic, shame the quality of the materials used and the after sales service do not match the expensive price paid.

My faucet was broken, I emailed Customer Support, they replied with instructions how to remove the turning knob and send them the correct information for replacement. I received the correct replacement kit in 5 days and the turning knob is working again.

Excellent service, quick response and fast resolution to the issues

The customer service and chat was great! They responded promptly and solved my issue with the garbage disposal air switch!

Beautiful sink, had a few leakage issues with installation. Lefton Customer Service was very easy to work with and sent parts right away.

We had one issue that the team at Lefton immediately identified and sent out the corresponding parts. They also included an air switch! Anyone ordering the garbage disposal with the sink should request the FREE air switch for the garbage disposal. It removes the unusable drain closing dial once the disposal is installed. I'm not sure why they don't include this in the kit by default or at least add it as an option during the ordering process?

Beware of this company. I ordered a sink i was super excited. However it was to big for my countertop. I spent forever calling no answer on the phones. Had to go back and forth over email. NOW I have to pay return shipping that will probably cost as much as the sink! Buy from a reputable company with better return and customer service policies like Amazon or wayfair!

Initially, the bathroom faucet was leaking &you have to struggle to open & close the faucet handle. After contacting the company & customer service, and listening to my explanations, they decided to send me another one. This time it worked fine, no more leaks & easy to open & close the faucet handle. Customer service was great, responding to customer on a timely manner. Thanking them for replacing a defective product. Kudos!

We received faucet with leaking valve. Lefton promptly initiated resolution of replacement faucet. We opted for for the refund. Product looks great. But we appreciate the quickness of a resolution.
