I submitted a review already
I submitted a review already. I did not read their response-it would merely be deflective, dismissive, simply trying to dodge their responsibility. I am missing some items I securely packed - my son's treasure art piece made when he was very little; and other things, but that is the heartbreaker. Legacy has tried to shift the blame to me because the movers hadn't brought some clothes in the front closet, and they told me they got "everything." I found them later, so No, they didn't. I'm also missing several music books- in a box clearly labeled, "Music Books." No matter what they say, I don't have my items, and they Are responsible. "Jeffey," the one who stayed on the truck for extended periods, stayed in the shadows or out of light (literally), acted shady from the start. Not cool. Jeffey, is my guess, also untaped my rolled-up wall tapestry, removing the hardware also securely taped. I'm not incognizant, Legacy. You can't fool me and you won't keep fooling others. I find you Dishonest people. And I do Not Wish to edit this review. I'm more than disappointed. They promised honesty, integrity, and gave much less of it than I believed. One star for the moving effort. Shame on Legacy Moving for keeping such as Jeffey and any other dishonest employee, but I'm not surprised. People should steer clear of Legacy Moving. As well, there are Several other complaints Of Late of similar or other unacceptable experiences. Stop trying to BS us, Legacy.
