They messed our application up said we hadn't paid rent on months when we had paid it early everytime deleyed our move by a month so i had to pay another months rent on the property i was already in. They messed the WiFi up I'm still waiting 2 weeks later to get it sorted. Basically there just a insurance company sticking there nose in where it dosent belong making an already long process even longer. Customer service is shocking it's like all they employ is chimps who mash thier knuckles on the keyboard in hopes something might happen avoid these at all cost or go to another estate agents that don't deal with these utter utter morons at legal for landlords!!
