Leighton Perfection! thank you guy's...
I’ve been counting down the days to finally collect my new van from Leighton Vans, a pipe dream for over a decade. From my very first visit, where I got to see the vehicle and build my dream van with all the trick extras and super cool brakes, the whole experience has been fantastic. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome and right at home. The Leighton HQ itself is an amazing place to visit, with so many incredible van builds to walk around and admire.

A special thank you has to go to Jordon Pointing, who handled my van build from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Jordon. Thanks also to the guys in the detailing bays. I had a good chat with them while walking around, and they were friendly, polite, and clearly work incredibly hard to make sure the vans look absolutely perfect for handover.

To sum up, Jordon and the entire Leighton crew are amazing. Their vans are top quality, and they genuinely deliver a first-class experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great service today from Tim and the team at Leighton Vans. My van was in today for the EPC Leighton big brake kit and rear brake upgrade.

I arrived early but was allowed in before they’d even officially opened. They got to work as soon as as the technicians arrived and kept me up to date as I waited. Very pleased with the new brakes, the work and Leighton customer service. Highly recommend 5 star.

Start to finish the Leighton boys were class… delt with Jordan and Lewis who were both fantastically helpful in putting me into the right van… big shout to Mike as well going the extra mile to source me the exact specs!

All in all genuinely the best sales team I have dealt with nothing is too much trouble!

A huge thank you to James at Leighton Vans! In the midst of a road trip in our VDub, had an issue with a headlight/indicator. We were able to detour to the Rotherham site where he immediately sent us to the customer lounge area and ran the van round to the workshop. Within half and hour had replaced the light which was still under guarantee. We were on our way in no time. Absolutely fantastic service from James & the workshop. Thank you so much!!

I bought some van speakers at Leighton that developed a fault. Leighton waived all responsibility and said they would consult with the manufacturer. After 4 months of being messed around I had to contact my credit card company, who quickly re-credited my account.

I have asked a few questions via email but it takes days for a reply

I had some Lazer lights fitted and a set of Big Brakes, the service was amazing, everyone who works at Leighton are treating you like you are the most important person in the room. Top service.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Leighton Vans.

My order has been a mess from start to finish. First, they sent me roof bars instead of the side bars I actually ordered. I had to go through the hassle of arranging a return before they would even consider sending the correct item, I later discovered that a window fitting fitting kit was missing. I contacted Leighton Vans and was told it would be sorted. After several follow-ups, I received a call on Saturday from a team member who assured me that the missing kit would be sent that day by Transporter HQ. Who supply the camper glass bundle

I’ve still had no dispatch confirmation, no delivery, and no proper communication. Every time I’ve been promised an update,

I expected much better from a company with Leighton Vans’ reputation. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them — the service has been frustrating, unreliable, and unprofessional.

Speedy delivery - Ordered item from website yesterday arrived today - very impressed.

First time using LV, products were poor quality. Had to return one large item due to shocking quality, this took a while to be collected with couriers failing to turn up on planned days (Not LV issues but still adds to the frustration after booking time off work), item returned and they confirmed it was received back on Monday 2nd June. Over a week gone by and still no refund. Customer service is very hit or miss depending who you speak to. Not a great first experience unfortunately.

Just got my first ranger from leighton vans. Katie was a pleasure to deal with as was the other guys. No pressure sales or tactics left me to look around at my leisure. Absoulte top notice service. Can not reccommend enough. Will be having vehicle #2 soon as we can sort. Katie has the patience of a saint answering all my question( trust there was plenty of them). Absolutely brilliant. So nice to use a company that really cares about there customers. Can’t rate Leyton vans enough,very helpful and if you have a problem they will deal with it straight away ,you can’t ask more than that . One word BRILLIANT 👏👏👏👏

Amazing customer service from Leighton parts department, very impressed. I needed to purchase replacement wheel nuts for my LV2 wheels. I received replacements in less than 24 hours along with extra locking wheel nuts and spigot rings.

What can I say about these guys , definitely the place to go for all you VW needs and very helpful, would definitely recommend and won’t hesitate to use again

If not the ONLY place to buy a VW Transporter. If you are looking for a bespoke style van with all the modded extras you could imagine these guys are the best in the business.
Customer service is unmatched from start to finish.
I pretty much spec’d most of my van to make it uniquely mine - all done in house from start to finish. On handover the van was unveiled to me from under a cover whereas i was blown away.
New vans and older vans…. I bought and older plate van but if it wasnt the year that gave it away you would be hard pressed to not think it was new - fabulous job.

Great communication, great customer care, an amazing show room, stunning vans with endless options. I’m very greatfull to have the opportunity to buy my dream transporter with an LV-S package to finish off the beautiful looking exterior and the additional comfort of extra insulation, luxury Suede lining and a leather seated interior. Returning to buy a second vehicle from Leighton, great service on both times, great communication and a very easy transaction on both accounts.

Part ex'd a vehicle both times and that was met also without squabble or disappointment. would happily use again in the future.
