Great bike shop with excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable staff who gave me super advice and guidance whilst purchasing my first e bike.

Just purchased my latest new bike from Dave and the team at Leisure lakes West Bromwich, a stunning Whyte 901 mountain bike (that is about number 7 from these guys over the years )and as usual the service was exemplary, nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel like you are the most important customer in the world, can not fault these guys - thank you yet again

Great bike and fantastic service
Bought my new Santa Cruz in the sale at an amazing price. I had it shipped to my local store and was setup ready to ride. The staff in store were really friendly and helpful.
I have bought multiple bikes from here over the years and will continue to do so.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was told £15 to put slime in both my tyres by a sales assistant so I booked my bike in and cycled all the way there to be told it’s £25! Staff were VERY RUDE and nobody owned up to the incorrect information I was given. I will be heading to WARDYS CYCLES IN BILSTON since the staff there are friendlier, information given is correct and slime in tyres is MUCH cheaper. AVOID LEISURE LAKES WEST BROMWICH AT ALL COSTS.

Hi,
I am really sorry for the misunderstanding that has taken place here. I can confirm the price has never been £15 for slime to be fitted, the price is £15 for workshop labour and £9.99 for the slime itself. I do apologise as this was possibly not communicated correctly, I have spoken to the store directly regarding this to ensure mistakes do not happen in the future. Hopefully you will give us another try in the future.

Went to leisure lakes bikes West Brom…
Went to leisure lakes bikes West Brom having rang beforehand to make sure they had the electric e bike I wanted in large told them I wanted to know before I set out as I was coming 25 miles ride away they assured me they had the bike in stock and ready to assemble on arrival told the sales assistant the bike I’d come to collect to which she told me it’s not here at this store it’s it our daventry store their attitude was not good their all just standing around doing nothing watching you as you walk around what a horrible experience I’d never recommend the place such a shame as they have some nice bikes in if they had a better attitude I would have brought a better bike but the sales assistant just walked off so fast after telling me this steer clear from this place

Thank you for getting in touch, I am really sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service, I have looked into this with our West Brom store and our phone records and I can see that they did explain which bikes were available in the store and informed you of the prices before you made the trip and explained that the bike would need to be booked in the workshop to get the bike prepared for collection before you was able to take the bike away.
After speaking to West Brom they have explained that they can order in a cheaper bike from our Daventry store if you would prefer, this was an option they were providing. I do apologise if you feel the communication has not been up to your satisfaction at this time, if you would like to speak to us directly regarding any further issues you can give us a call on 01772 644340.

Excellent customer Service - my son had asked for a specific bike that he was paying for part from his birthday and saved money, so when he eventually got to order he was so excited; I then had a call from Leisure Lakes Bikes who advised the bike he had ordered was no longer in stock like it had said on website. Their next advice was that due to it being their fault, they were going to provide the newer version of the bike at no extra cost. Can you imagine, my son was absolutely over the moon at the news and it very easily could have been the complete opposite had they not offered the compensatory newer version of the bike. I would definitely go back to Leisure lakes bikes with the trust they are a company with stance to hold up to doing what they say they are going to do. They even provided photos of the built bike when it was ready to collect. Well done Leisure Lake Bikes, I will definitely be returning for our new bikes in the summer. Thank you
