Awful after sales service
Not long after purchasing a commuter bike from the West Brom shop in November 2020 I started to encounter a persistent issue that presented safety concerns. After returning the bike to the shop on numerous occasions to resolve this issue I was informed that there was nothing wrong with the bike, nothing could be done to improve it, and that the issue was down to the rider. Not satisfied with this I took the bike to a different workshop – who resolved the issue first time by changing a couple of the components. I can only conclude that the technicians at Lake Leisure West Brom either did not have the experience or inclination to resolve the issue. In summary – if after sales service is important to you I would not recommend purchasing from this shop.

I have spoken to our West Brom store regarding this issue and I believe they have been in contact to get this resolved with you previously: after checking over the bike 3 times they've found no further faults.
