Got the bike I wanted at a great price. Delayed shipping on my request with no issues. Bike well packed. Though just one issue please don't use cable ties in the packing around the down tubes as potential to damage the paint when cutting off. Apart from top marks

After ordering a child's helmet
After ordering a child's helmet, I was informed that it was out of stock. How many times did this happen as the helmet still remained on the website. I have since ordered another helmet which was in stock [at a higher price]. I have now received the replacement helmet with no further problems.

UPDATE Review
UPDATE. 18 months ago I wrote a glowing review for The Edge Cycleworks in Lancaster.
I bought a Trek Pro Caliber 6.
It is excellent tough fast reliable no problems whatsoever and it looks great in it's red with black components.
It's easy to give a good service to a customer and be nice to them when they are potentially going to make a purchase. Want to say that over the last year and a half the staff have continued in the same spirit providing myself my daughter and several friends a top quality service always doing there very best to accommodate me often with very short notice re fixing pictures ect. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable professionals with many years of experience of both riding and bike mechanics. A real pleasure to deal with, highly recommend ed. Paul F. Lancaster
