I was misled that i qualify for SBA loan and was offered a very high interest rate at the end and multiple updates requiring signatures again and again every few days It was painful

After many attempts to get an SBA loan. I was declined by several banks. LENDISTRY also declined me but they did not shut the door. They worked out a different form of loan. With that I am able to keep growing my business. They figured it out for me when other just said NO.. I am grateful to Lendistry in giving me this opportunity.

The application process went okay, but then it took over a week to get the funds after the closing. Unfortunately, then the experience afterwards is terrible. Their website is clunky and does not allow you to interact. They lock your loan into autopay and i finally got them to remove it when we were managing cash tightly and as soon as i made a payment they put it back. Forget trying to talk to someone on the phone. you will be on hold forever.

I’d give them 0 stars if possible. A rep named Ethan had mistaken me for his customer. He got an incorrect phone number. I didn’t apply for a loan and by mistake he kept contacting me over the past few weeks.

I simply wrote to please stop texting & calling because he was relentless. I wanted to make sure he knew of his error.

Sadly this representative used incredibly inappropriate language in his text, which was shocking to read. Hopefully Ethan’s manager can sit down with him and explain proper communication in the corporate world. He might be fresh out of college and just hadn’t been properly trained. I showed this text to numerous people and everyone agreed it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Sadly his actions could impact this company’s bottom line.
