I rented the canon 200-800 for 3 days. Lens for hire were professional. It come well packed and they were also very quick with replying to my queries. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use them again

The staff at LFH go over and above. There was an issue with my delivery date(no fault of LFH), which meant i was going to receive the lens three days after hire start. LFH sent out a replacement on next day delivery which arrived next day and a saved trip overseas. Thank you.

Very good delivery service. It arrived a day earlier than needed. The packaging was easy to pack up for the return. Some other lens rental companies charge on a daily rate which for my trip of 5 days would have made it too expensive to bother with. Lenses For Hire only added a small charge for each extra day. The cost of delivery made me think twice about using the service, so it would be nice to have more options for picking up / returning directly, rather than just one branch in the whole of the UK.

Just an all round great company to deal with. Advice over the phone, email communications, delivery of product.... all excellent.

I decided to hire a lens to check it out before deciding to buy one. The process of booking on line was easy. I decided to collect the lens as not being far away and deliveries can be a bit hit and miss. I was given my lens and they couldn't have been more helpful and informative. I will certainly hire from them again in the future. An added bonus I collected the lens a few days before the date needed which allowed me to try it out beforehand.

The process of order, delivery and return is very simple and effective. The lens was in very good condition and well protected for delivery and return.

You were extremely helpful I think all ways that you could be.
Giving the dates beforehand, the precise time the courier was coming.
Of course the right equipment, packed the way it should be. And the packing for return etc. etc. etc., all were better than I expected.
It felt a bit expensive to begin with, but I understood as we went along.

I normally use another hire company, but they were out of stock. The price I paid for 12 days hire was actually less, so I saved money using Lenses For Hire. The service was first rate. I like the fact that I got a one-hour delivery and collection window. I Will definitely be using again.

Superb choice of quality lenses and cameras with great prices but if I had to pick just one positive it would be their friendly, helpful customer service.
