Received our Pram very quickly and good communication from Lester’s Nurseryworld.

Bought a pram from them a number of years ago and outside the warranty period the frame snapped. They helped to get me a replacement frame for free as goodwill, and after i got fat fingered in replacing the fabric and snapped a fixing helped get me a new base plate too. Couldn't recommend them highly enough Namely Liran who kept me updated all the way through.

This is the second time that I have ordered from Lesters Nursery. I ordered a car seat and base, however the base that was delivered was not what I ordered. I emailed the company and had a call the next day to sort out the problem. I had actually ordered the wrong base for the seat I wanted and they had sent the correct one. The colleague on the phone talked through my options with me, was extremely pleasant and jovial and helped me decide what I wanted to do.
I also ordered my travel set from here and was really impressed with the quality, timely delivery and quality of the product. I would 100% order again from this company

As I have not yet received my item I cannot really review. My journey so far hasn’t been a very good one !

I contacted Lesters after another company let me down with my pram which I needed for holiday. With 1 day notice Lesters took my order, and delivered it within less than 24 hours. They also did the same for the matching travel bag for my pram. Was so thankful for them for doing this. Would highly recommend their speed, products and customer service x

Great bundle for a great price, everything arrived in perfect condition, very competitive price, delivery was slightly delayed however this was communicated and delivery arrived on the day we were told it would. Free items given with the bundle aswell which are great quality

Purchased the Bugaboo Butterfly 2. Never received the item due to DPD, has been sent back to retailer and still waiting on refund. No response to emails and messages.
