The team was very nice, they picked us up from airport and brought us to a nice hotel, very comfortable and spacious. Then the next day morning they picked us app again to go to the hospital. They gave me all the information and check up I needed before the procedure. Then I stayed there for a couple of hours before I got released by de doctor who was also very nice and caring. A day after the procedure I was feeling a little ill due to possible dehydration, I let the team know and Luna immediately arranged transportation for us to go back to hospital for verder checkup and stabilization. Because of that we were able to flight back to our destination, and know I am so happy with the experience and results so far. 🙏🏽

Globally, from the contact to the end of the procedure and then the contacts to solve some issues by messages, i was satisfied, what was promised was done correctly

Ich wurde seit Tag 1 sehr gut betreut. Büsra ist jederzeit für mich da, sobald ich Fragen habe, bekomme ich sofort eine Antwort. Büsra hat mich auf die OP sehr gut vorbereitet und war stets an meiner Seite, was heute immernoch der Fall ist! Es wurde von ihr alles Organisiert, sei es der Transfer zum Krankenhaus, Hotel und der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Meine Medikamente wurden zur Entlassung rechtzeitig bereitgestellt und unteranderem zur Mitnahme benötigten Unterlagen, Medikamente und Einnahme der Medikamente. Ich kann die Klinik, das Team, die Ärztin und vor allem Büsra mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Merhabalar, iki hafta önce HE ekibinden Gülden Avcı Çakmak hocam tarafından yapılan ameliyatlarımdan çok memnunum, hep güler yüzlü ve ilgililer, doktorumuzun asistanı Büşra hanım da sağolsun çok ilgili ve yardımcı oluyor her zaman. Henüz sonuçlarım tam belli olmasa da şimdiden gayet iyi görünüyor ve güvenim tam sonuçlar için.
Sizde fazla yağlardan, sarkık derilerden ve başka problemlerden şikayetçiyseniz kesinlikle bu ekibi tavsiye ederim 🤩

From the driver picking us up at the airport, to the nurses upon arrival, the surgeon, fabulous Neots the nutritionist, the nurses that looked after me etc made it a first class experience. I cannot recommend the whole process enough.

I though about gastro sleeve surgery for month and was in contact with LetsMedic for all this time, my doubts and questions were always answered, special thanks to Luna for her patience with me. Once I decided to go for this procedure I as normal was very nervous, more because I was alone but here I have to thanks Nayat (dietitian) she was with me everyday I was at the hospital, helping me and even going far as messaging my family after my procedure was done and I was still under anesthesia to tell them all was good and as soon I recover I will contact them personally.
Dr. Sisik was profesional, calm and answered all my questions in a matter I understood, so thank you doctor.
Overall I would highly recommend all people, process involved in my surgery, I don’t have any complain and now I’m 2 months after and still I count with all of them when in doubt.

I honestly enjoyed every bit of my journey with you, I was well looked after by a star team. I will personally like to appreciate luna she was my travel advisor, she was there from the beginning till the end, she helped organise everything and made this a smooth and easy process considering I am doing an operation and it can get overwhelming at times, she was always there. I would like to thank my doctor for the successful operation without any side effects and always checking in with me to make sure I was well on my way for a full recovery. The team of nurses are honestly the loveliest people. I can not recommend this company enough :)

They are great! They organised everything, I had all the informations I need. I also had videos with the path I should walk in the airport to meet the driver. The doctors and the staff are very good, they took good care of me. After the surgery I had some easy pain, but after a few hours I was walking on the floor, talking with the nurses and others. After that I was transfered to the hotel, and before the departure to my country I had another appointment to chek if everything is ok. I recieved the medication, the meal plan, protein shakes, and now I have a Whatsapp group with all the stuff where I can ask questions. They exceeded my expectations, very professional and always on time. Thank you!

Since the day I got my gastric sleeve with Dr Abdullah I have felt like I’m a new person. My experience from the start to finish was incredibly fantastic. The moment I booked it with Luna I felt I was doing the right thing for myself.

It will be a month tomorrow since my gastric sleeve operation with Dr Abdullah. From the moment I reached out for information until now the service has been amazing! The surgery itself was great and all the care team in the hospital were unreal. If you are looking into this bariatric surgery then I would 110% recommend Dr HE clinic. Also Letsmedi are super and so all the ball, you can ask a question at midnight and it won’t take long for a rely! They really are outstanding. Special thanks to Dr Abdullah and the lovely Luna for answering all of my silly questions.

My Gastric Sleeve Surgery had been the Best decision I made!

Finally 1 month after my gastric sleeve surgery with the brilliant Assoc Prof. Abudullah Sisik and his amazing team at Dr. HE Clinic.
In my first month so far I have lost 15 Kilos.
I definitely made the right decision trusting Letsmedi with my Gastric surgery.
Before I travelled to Istanbul my coordinator Luna helped me with all my question she even arranged for a video conference call with Dr. ABDULLAH Sisik To asked him and clarify any doubts that I might have, because my overweight was killing me by affecting my quality of sleep, my joints were in constant pain, I was struggling to work with all my overweight, was suffering from high blood pressure and pains in the body.
Once every doubt was cleared she helped me with my travelling booking my VIP picked up from the airport (wonderful crew also) and my stay at a wonderful 4 Star hotel (Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Kurtkoy).
I had some pain and sickness after my op the first day but the nurses made sure I got painkillers and anti sickness meds through my drip and I was out of bed within 6 hours after surgery walking to help get rid of my gas pain.

The nurses were very human and kind and knew what you needed when asking them.
With the help of walking and the breathing exercises my gas pain was completely gone by day 4.
You get woken early in the morning for blood tests and blood pressure check.

On the 2nd and 3rd day the dietitians will teach and give you different flavours of shakes for your next 2 week journey.
After this you continue
recuperating then you go to your hotel for a few days then more check ups for a clean bill to go back to your home country on this day the same VIP crew comes and picks you up to drop you at the airport to take your flight with the same VIP treatment. Then you are ready to start a new and healthier life!
My only regret is that I should've done my gastric surgery before; not waited for such a long time suffering with all the complications that the overweight brought to my life.

Finally home after my gastric sleeve surgery with the brilliant Assoc Prof Abudullah Sisik and his amazing team at Dr HE Clinic. I definitely made the right decision trusting Letsmedi to arrange it all. All my questions answered before i travelled by Luna and smooth sailing throughout my stay. I am not going to lie, the pain and sickness directly after my op was awful but the nurses made sure I got painkillers and anti sickness meds through my drip and I was out of bed 4 hours after surgery walking to help get rid of the gas pain.(I managed a flight of stairs the next day)
My post op advice ...
Trust the Letsmedi and hospital team
Get moving as soon as possible
Ask for painkillers or anti sickness meds when you need them
The majority of nurses spoke some English and knew what you needed when asking them
Fennel tea...amazing for helping digestion and moving gas pain
My gas pain was completely gone by day 4
You got woken early in the morning for bloods, I have crap/no veins but each time they managed to take.bloods or insert a cannula
Pyjamas are better than nightgowns so you can attach the drain
Ask questions ..I had loads to ask the dietician and she swapped the flavours of shakes I did not like
Ask for the wi fi password as.soon as.you get in your room ...had great coverage at hospital and hot
DO NOT compare yourself to others you may meet on the same journey!!
I'm only at the beginning of mine but I'm so happy to have taken the first step to a new me 😁

Visited DR HE Clinic to day and saw the dentist to get my teeth whitening, such a wonderful experience the dentist waa fantastic alongside Hilal I was welcomed and attended to very efficiently by all staff, I am very happy with my results, my teeth is a beautiful white which I am happy with, I hardly recommend Dr HECLINIC for and dental service.
