Evreything has been perfect with lets medi. They made sure i was well looked after and strong before returning home after my gastric balloon opperation. Hospital staff are really friendly and the room was really comfortable and luxury. Doctor speaks amazing English and made me feel at ease immediately. The hotel and vip transfer was nice and so was the excellent Dietican advice. You can even go on a day trip to the grand bazaar or sight seeing if you want to! A holiday and a makeover rolled into one! Thanks lets medi 🙏🏻

I went in to do my gastric balloon, the one who helped organize the arrangements for the surgery and the hotel was amazing, she was so responsive and helpful. Doctor Mehmet was also so lovely.

Unfortunately my body completely rejected the balloon. I could not keep down a sip of water for 4 days and I was in the worst pain of my life, so they agreed to have it removed. I think if my body accepted it it would be a different story, so my experience was not great due to my own body's limitations. But overall it is a very clean and professional hospital.

Luna and Dr Abdullah was great! The hospital really take care of you 24 7 before during and after surgery.
It's less then one week and I already lost 4 kgs with my gastric sleeve!

The clinic with the Doctors and there nurses are excellent I have done a tummy tuck Lipo 360 and breast lift and they were very supportive and had a excellent team my results were looking good from day 1 I would recommend this clinic to everyone and I am coming from USA

I was feeling so scared becuase I new I would have to come alone too as my husband couldn't get the time. Off work I've never flown alone before too... Luna was amazing start to finish any questions she answered really quick... I also had questions about the surgery which she could tell I was very worried but she set up a facetime call with Dr. Abdullah again he made. Me feel at ease instantly explained everything... I'm currentky 4 days post op first day in hotel I can honestly say I feel great I'm walking good etc any time I needed help I pressed the buzzer and nurses came straight away if I told them I need pain meds instantly came back.. And was pain free withing a couple of mins... You see lots of company's on tik tok social media and they offer extra but I chose this as the only focus on one thing and you and your health Is there main priority from inquiring to even post op so amazing! You won't regret it xx so glad I went through this team big thanks to luna and Dr abdullah...

Absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish I felt safe and comfortable in everyone’s hands. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I am almost 2 weeks post op and I feel great!

Recently had my sleeve gastrectomy with Letsmedi with Dr Abdullah Sisik.

I arranged this almost 2 months ago by medical rep Luna Dorothy has been amazing every question or request I have had she has answered me so so quickly. She is very attentive to detail and everything from pick ups to the procedure itself to even PCR tests for coming home she has arranged. AMAZING SERVICE I came here on my own and was very stressed but luna has done an amazing job

Dr abdullah and his team at ersoy hospital are unbelievable. They looked after me as if I was their family and that's the honest truth

I’m not sure what to say. The whole team has been beyond great. So professional & helpful! Willing to do anything/everything to help you out. Even if it is shopping in the middle of the night when you are locked up in your room as you’ve tested positive.

Travelled at short notice for a gastric sleeve I booked the week before I travelled from start to finish the experience with the team was a smooth one and I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend DR He clinic and Letsmedi

I had a slight complication with my operation but this was resolved quickly, and I was reassured by the team at the hospital special thanks to DR He, Dr ADullah and DR Ahmet and DR Said all great very friendly and kept me up to date at all times.

The nurses can not do enough for you and this helped with my recovery - they work very long hours but always have a smile on there faces - amazing people

I will be sure to come back as I want my teeth straightening and some Botox, all round very nice experience. I came from the UK on my own, but never at any time did I feel on my own!

This is from the bottom of my heart. The service has been nothing less than perfect.

The whole team from Dr Hassan Erdem to Dr Abdullah Sisik to all the nurses and staff members. They have treated me and all others I met like royalties.

Every single one has been accommodating and helpful. By the time I was saying my goodbyes it felt as if I was saying bye to friends and family members.

can well recommend this clinic. had liposuction performed. absolutely wildly good service at the hospital itself in particular Nora made my operation easy and manageable. She was like part of my family, she took care everything for me, she prepared me for operation and she helped me afterwards for everything. insane good team they have.
