Worst Agent Ever - Electric HOB not fixed for a week and we were forced to survive without cooking with 2 kids (age 2 years & 3.5 years). They were so inhuman and unsupportive. There vendor scheduled an appointment however did not turn stating the HOB was broken by them which was there fault.

Worst letting experience Ever!!

We saw an advertisement from the agency on Rightmove. We left a message and were contacted back by an agent named Cecilia. We asked the agent if she had a video of the apartment, she sent us the video the next day. We made an offer in writing, including our request to add wardrobes in both rooms. She replied to my message the next day saying the offer was accepted and we should pay the holding deposit.

We said, sure, can we just view the apartment in-person before moving ahead. She agreed, we came down, saw the apartment and just asked for an additional Microwave, everything else remained unchanged.

She said the owner is not agreeing to the offer now, she is debating the initial request of wardrobes now.

On confronting here, that the offer was accepted, she started saying she is negotiating with the owner......The extend of poor customer service has now gone to the level, where she is not responding any of our messages and is keeping us hanging.

With all the experience dealing with her, it seems to us, she never presented the initial offer to the owner and just made her own decision to say that the offer was accepted. We now wonder, why were we asked to pay the holding deposit.....

All in all, worst experience with an agency, avoid them if you can.
