Lighting Legends Reviews

I recently purchased festoon garden lights and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The lights themselves are excellent quality — bright, stylish, and perfect for creating a warm, inviting atmosphere in the garden.

What truly impressed me was the impeccable service. From start to finish, the communication was clear, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s rare to find a company that offers both great products and genuinely outstanding customer care.

Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

I purchased 2 of of the garden fastoon lighting. They are still working & give subtle light that illuminates the whole garden. Very happy.

Great lights, and service. Hirely recommend the company

Deliver quicker than expected. Very easy to put up and connect. Give the garden a lovely glow. Love them.

Bought the Outdoor “EliteFestoon Waterproof White Heavy Duty LED Connectable String Lights” and discovered they are anything but waterproof. There was a flash and a bang in the garden which tripped the house socket circuit. On checking out the lights I found one of the bulbs had been blown out of the holder across the garden. I sent a picture of the burned out bulb to them but all they did was offer me a replacement cable for £55 ! No thanks , I don’t want to risk burning down my house. I’ve had cheap B&M lights last longer than these so called premium lights - stay well clear of these. Left a review with a picture of the burned out bulb on their page but it would appear they don’t publish negative reviews.

Very dangerous lights, maybe okay for indoors but definitely dangerous cheap rubbish for outside, they blow up like fireworks.
Owner Adam, not even interested in having a phone conversation or looking at Cctv to prove how dangerous they are. Ridiculous really
AVOID THESE LIGHTS IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE.!!!!!
Cctv/images available on request.!!!

Every one i dpoke yo give me good help in every way they can not do enogh ti help you

No information provided on the length of the cable before the bulbs start so had to pay extra to order an additional compatible extension cable.

A bulb broke within a handful of hours' careful use, Lighting Legends needed extensive detail and photos from us to prove that it wasn't working before sending out one replacement bulb, however my replacement bulb order has now been cancelled. Not recommended.

Really good quality, as described and working well

"Massive thanks for the incredible service after I gave my garden lights a close shave with the hedge trimmer — who knew landscaping could be so dramatic? Ciera was absolutely amazing with her prompt replies and went above and beyond to not only fix the mess but possibly save my marriage in the process! Legend!"
Thank you to all the team at lighting Legends

The warm lights I ordered are great so I ordered some multi coloured bulbs and they are great as well

Fantastic lights fantastic customer service. Bought 30m of elite festoon lights with remote controller. Really bright and dimmable. Thick solid cables. Really well built, not your cheap style. All in all good quality all round. This is my second set of lights from them. Never had any problems. 5 star

The post sale service, website and quality of product were and are top class. One of the best companies I have had the please to deal with. Ciera was responsive, knowledgeable and v v helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely buy lights from them, in the future. Thankyou

My third purchase and I'm still impressed with the quality and service. Speedy delivery and well made lighting. Keep up the good work

The lights I ordered have transformed our garden.
A very Big Thankyou.

Great product along with excellent after sales support. Even 2 years after first purchase. Will def be using again.

We first noticed lightning legends on Facebook. Loved the look and colour of the lights. We’ve now got 3 sets and they have totally transformed the look of the garden. So easy to install and fantastic quality.
Ordering was so easy and quick delivery time. Also the customer support team are so helpful and friendly, if you have any queries. Will definitely be ordering another couple of sets next year. Highly recommended.

Good response from queries about products and the quality and reliability of the products have been great ! When I wanted to extend one of my much older strings it turned out the new ones have a different link configuration. The support team responded to my query within the day and sent an adapter. One of the problems of them lasting a long time !

I ordered the Festoon lights not sure how things would work but I have to say they were dispatched quickly, delivered safely and having installed them have been delighted with the product and the look, they've really transformed our garden into a living space that's warm and inviting.
