I purchased this item Indian Velvet Kantha Quilt Block Print Bohemian Boho- Mustard, its also stained and doesn't fit the bed. Advertisement is deceiving, the quilt would only suit a single bed, certainly not double as shown or queen size bed, sale price $164. Wish I checked the reviews before hand as I definitely would not have purchased it and won't purchase anything again.

In my experience, Sweta Agarwal, the owner of Linen Connections and Craftluxe is a scammer.

When I reached out to her to fix an order issue, she read the message on Whatsapp and ghosted me.

I filed a chargeback to resolve the issue. Based on my negative experience, I don't recommend purchasing from Linen Connections or Craftluxe since they are both owned by Sweta Agarwal.

I’ve been grateful to be able to read these reviews- they confirmed my suspicions.
It was hard to see proper resolution in the nicely styled photos, and I wondered whether they were poorer quality than claimed.
With items in my shopping cart totaling $69.90, the Shopify total became $76.90.
They added taxes which is contrary to consumer law in Australia. Sent them an email a week ago and haven’t heard a peep. Thanks to all the others who have bothered to post. It would be good for the Dept Fair Trading to know about this scamming business, wasting our time and resources.

I purchased the Tropicana Dream Bathrobe. The fabric is a nice, cool cotton. It's one size, so it is generous in fit but not too big. This bathrobe is quite unique because of the artistic design. Firstly, I had some confusion with ordering in that I was charged for 2 bathrobes, but I was able to contact the company, and eventually was only charged for 1 bathrobe, which was delivered promptly. I appreciated their service which resolved the problem. Now I really like my bathrobe, and thank them for their assistance. It is ideal for the QLD climate.

Terrible service! They advertise products on their website that aren't actually available. Then they suggest replacements, send the wrong items, and ignore the information provided in emails. I don't think I'll ever receive my refund for the price difference. I would not recommend this company.

Very poor quality thin product arrived and wasn't the colour that I ordered. They wouldn't take a return so I got a refund through Paypal.

Disappointed. The cushion cover on the website was vibrant and the design was clear. What I received was a very blurry version. I had to look two or three times to discern the design. The size and shape was okay, but that’s about it. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

I was sent an entirely different design without my consent (supposedly due to the correct ones being out of stock, even though they were still listed on their website) and after over 6 weeks of trying to request a refund or a replacement with the correct cushions, I'm still waiting and stuck with these random cushions I have no desire to keep.

Do not buy from linen connections! The quality of their items are cheap. The robes I ordered were not the ones that arrived via delivery … I emailed to ask what happened and was told the items I ordered were out of stock which they failed to tell me or showcase on their website site! Email communications are appalling. Extremely difficult to obtain return and refund. The owner kept pushing me to consider exchange instead. Would never recommend buying from here.

These guys are dodgy as! Their products are of such a poor quality it’s laughable. Good luck getting a refund, all they do is keep sending you more emails with ever increasing discounts to try & get you to buy another of their inferior products, so they don’t have to refund your money. DO NOT BUY FROM LINEN CONNECTIONS!!!!!

Just a terrible experience all round. Ordered a quilt only to wonder why didn't arrive- contacted the company to find out it was out of stock so I chose another one, only to find out that was also out of stock when I suggested they don't show products on their website that they don't have stock of I was ignored. Eventually a quilt arrived however not really the one we wanted but at least I got something.

I am more than happy with both the quality and super fast service I have received from this company. I placed an order after reading some less favourable reviews and was a little worried. I need not have been. The fabrics are beautiful - and after just one wash, very soft. The prints are lovely and the quality is excellent. I studied all the kimonos on both my own order and my mother's . The stitching is neat, tidy and well finished - inside and out. Some edges are even piped, which I did not expect.Packages arrived within only a couple days. When one of my orders was out of stock, they called to arrange an alternative. I would have no hesitation in ordering fora third time.

Ordered 2 dresses but recived one of the ones ordered and a different one without explanation. After reading the high number of reviews on poor service, I am not bothering to fix with customer service; rather I'll shop elsewhere. They are not the only Australian retail company that stocks Craftluxe brand, and not the cheapest.

This is a complete scam almost 2 months and still nothing has arrived

O stars. I placed an order online on 23rd October. I received a confirmation email from Linen Connections & verification from Australia Post that a shipping label was created, however the parcel has still not been received by Australia Post after 4 weeks. I have twice emailed asking for evidence that the order has been sent; requesting the order be sent; requesting a refund. Their only response is that they are having an issue with Australia Post. Seems more like a total scam.

The reviews/complaints show this is not a business who value their customers. I placed an order for a specific pattern of Kimono from this business, carefully choosing the design I wanted. However, they sent me a completely different pattern without advising me that the item I chose was out of stock.

It’s clear from other complaints that this is a recurring approach: if the pattern you want is “out of stock,” they send whatever they have and wait for YOU to contact THEM when it should be the opposite. Considering I am one of many who have had this same problem, this appears to be intentional and not a simple mistake.

Think carefully about supporting a business like this. Their website may look perfectly normal, but the complaints show this is not a business who value their customers.

I ordered a dress from this company. I paid £50 on 31/07/25 It has not arrived. It is now 30/10/25
I contacted Nameet after around a month and was told it was out of stock but they would send when back in stock.
I again asked for an update and was told to order something else. I explained I didn’t want anything else and requested a refund.
I was told they would refund and it would take around a week. They now say, they can only refund to the original payment method. The bank has changed my card. So far I have paid £50 for nothing. That in my opinion is Fraud!!!!
Very bad company. Don’t buy from them!
