We got a very beautiful duvet cover, we chose the mustard color. It’s amazing how it looks with the natural light coming from the window, in the bedroom! The linen is very good quality and I love the feeling of the fabric. We are just in love with it!
We also got pillow cases, and they are also super comfortable to sleep on.
Everything was as described, we even got small samples to see the colors available which is very helpful for future purchases.
The delivery was perfect! Really only positive experience from this purchase.

Quality and luxury linen. I highly recommend it. I loved my curtains

Really poor quality. Ordered a custom size linen tablecloth. Took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived I saw the (very small) parcel and thought “that’s IT?” Really thin linen that I can see through. £110 for a very, very poor quality item.

Refused my return, the clothes were at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised, I requested the return 2 days after receiving them, they have refused it with no explanation, this company is not interested in giving you a refund, if it doesn’t fit.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, they reject your return then just ignore you, I’ll be taking this up with my credit card company

It’s the worst quality product you can ever buy. The charge hugely and the products are not even worth a penny. They have the worst customer service, rude and irresponsible. I will discourage everyone to buy any thing from this company.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH LINENSHED. IT TOOK WEEKS TO GET MY ITEM AND NOW IT DOESN'T FIT AND THEY WILL NOT SEND ME A RETURN LABEL...THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT AND IT COST $60 00 TO RETURN MY LINEN SHIRT TO HONGKONG...NOT HAPPY. BE CAREFUL

I have tried to contact Linenshed UK twice now over the past 3 weeks to resolve my issue with an invoice I received from DHL for customs duty. Despite the Linenshed website providing a BREXIT update that all taxes are included in their prices I still received customs invoice from DHL for £75. I have tried to contact the Linenshed to find out if they will either pay DHL directly or will reimburse me but have not heard anything back

Bought 2 sets of king pillowcases. They were sewn so poorly, a local seamstress can’t even fix them. Pillowcases!! The packaging should have been my first clue this was not a quality product (despite the price!!) Do not purchase from this website.

Awful customer service - avoid this company.

I ordered an expensive table cloth which I needed for a specific date- I contacted the seller specifically stating that it was very important the product arrived on time- otherwise I would not place the order. I had the following reply:

Hello,

We will place your order in production for the beginning of the coming week and ship via DHL Express 24H services, you will positively receive it before 18th of December.

However, no delivery was made as promised on the day. I contact the seller to tell them I am upset and say that I want to cancel the order, and want a refund- because I will need to buy a tablecloth from somewhere else since they have not lived up to their promise.

I get a reply- with no apology or acknowledgment of their failure to live up to their word- just a screen shot of the courier information which tells me nothing other than that no effort was made to deliver to the timescale they promised, the product having been sent on the day it was meant to deliver.

Absolutely awful service- lies and no accountability by linenshed of their failure to do what they said they would do. I will never again order from this company and recommend no one else does either. There are plenty of alternatives online with much MUCH better customer service.

FINAL UPDATE AFTER RECEIVING PRODUCT: In addition to not arriving on time, the table cloth was very poor quality. Very disappointing.
