What an absolute joke and fraud of a company.

Placed order (#4288) on March 18. When the item hadn't arrived by April 10, I asked for a refund. Since then they have blown me off with responses indicating they'd get back to me with a "solution" soon. They haven't. It's now April 21, and it's clear this company intends to steal my money despite failing to deliver the goods.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend this company. The product actually seems like it sucks, too, which isn't a surprise given the thieves in customer service.

It took a little while to be shipped

It took a little while to be shipped, and it occupies a bit of space, but it thankfully works well on shirts that would otherwise need to be ironed.

Works fine

From a sales perspective it was good looking. Then I got scared since the follow or claim section was not clear or difficult to follow, made me think it was a scam. Ended up in a safe delivery of the product and it works just as described.

I am very disappointed in this product

I am very disappointed in this product. I was able to put it together okay... kind of complicated, but it takes up SO much space, unless I take it apart every time. I doubt I'd want to construct it every wash day. However, my big complaint it that it doesn't really take out all the wrinkles, regardless of how tight the fit. The button placket at the front of shirts does not get steamed flat and still needs to be properly ironed. I regret spending over $200 on this and would like to return it and get a refund. What are my chances?

I had a pleasant experience with Lissaire company... I really love the ironing machine. The only "bad" thing is I waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive, but I recommend everyone to be patient, this company is really professional!

The device works as advertised

The device works as advertised, but there were NO printed directions provided. Also, the packaging was very cheap and not worthy of the product price. Overall I'm very pleased, but Lissaire needs to refine the customer experience.

it took too long for 1 shirt and T shirt to be iron.
Also its not perfect smooth still can see the crease and already wrap put aside the carton.so dispointed

This product is a let down

This product is a let down! It does not work as advertised even after sufficiently wetting the garment. It is a hot fan for $200.00 USD. Now, if you had the sense to have a water tank and steam came out....that would be an impressive product. Ask your product manager to resign and give your marketing boss a promotion!
