This store uses their terms and conditions as a backing for taking far too long to deliver goods. I will state that I didn’t not review the T&C’s carefully, however this sellers service standards are outside of what you would expect from any online retailer. With respect to the items I have recivied to date (only after purchasing additional shipping) I found the quality of the items to be poor. I am still waiting on a number of Christmas items which the seller keeps saying are within their 8 week turn around time. I wish I read the fine print!!!!! Take my advice and steer clear of this seller. I will not receive most of my Christmas outfits for my daughter until after the 17th of December and by this stage many of our Christmas functions have come and gone. I had no choice but to purchase additional outfits for many of the events. T&C’s also preclude me from seeking a refund, I am only elidgeble for a store credit. Very disappointing. To add insult to injury, many of the items I have found on other websites at a cheaper price from sellers with more reasonable terms and conditions. Save yourself the hassel and order from anywhere else but here. If you do still chose to order from this store after reading this review then I suggest you pay very close attention to the T&C’s as the failure to do so has been my undoing. Had I read them and realised how onerouse they are I would not have ordered form this supplier.

I really wanted to support a local Australian business, however the customer service was beyond disgusting. I recieved nothing but attitude when asking about my order that took longer than the 8 weeks suggested. Save yourself time and money, do NOT order from this company!!

I purchased several pairs of shoes through this company and it will be the first and last time I ever do and I highly recommend that you never use this company.

I received my order 11 weeks after I placed it.
The products now do not fit as 11 weeks is an extremely excessive amount of time to wait especially in the online shopping world.
The company is stating that I have to pay to have the products returned/shipped back to them and they are refusing a refund stating they will not go against their policy and issue a refund which is extremely disappointing.

So much for supporting small Aussie online businesses.

Please be wary of this company's terms and conditions in regards to shipping their items. I recently placed an order through this website and unfortunately haven't received it due to theft, as it was placed out the front of my apartment complex for anyone to collect. I then contacted Australia post in regards to the item being left out the front without a request for signature upon collection. I was informed by Australia post that the sender (Little Eedie boutique) didn't request for a signature to be obtained upon receiving the items when sent. I then contacted Little Eedie boutique in regards to the information i received from Australia post only to be informed by little Eedie boutique that:

"We state on our website that we post using Australia Post tracked satchels which don’t require a signature. If a customer requests a parcel be sent with a signature there is an extra charge from Australia post for that".

When i purchased the items there was no options for requesting a signature upon collection, just an option for flat rate post of $9.95 or express post for $15, nothing else stating what i was told. Australia post informed me that they charge an extra $2.95 for signature upon collection, so Little Eedie Boutique should've included that in their shipping information so that people are aware when purchasing items from their website instead of assuming that everyone knows.

After all that i didn't receive my items or any form of reimbursement, just a voucher for $10.00 off my next purchase which won't be put into use, as i am NEVER ORDERING ANY MORE ITEMS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE! And I'll be sure to keep informing others about this!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Same experience as everyone, nothing said on the website that the items I ordered weren’t in stock so I ordered Christmas outfits in October and a lot of other outfits for my twin daughters and just received my order today, February 1rst with 3 items missing and of the ones I received only one fits and is missing it’s pair. I’ve asked for a refund for the missing items but when I’ve inquired about my order in the past I was met with rude customer service. I will be more careful where I shop in the future I would absolutely not recommend little eedie boutique they need to be more honest about the fact that as a client you make an order with them and they seems to then get it from China so it can takes months to get it. Most items on hd gate and aliexpress are 10 pieces minimum orders so they might wait until they can order 10 to order I’m not sure... regardless to wait over 3 months for baby clothes is a lot especially when their sizing is all over the place .. just don’t do !

I have not been sent my babies outfits yet spent hundred dollars. I was looking forward to seeing them on her for a photo shoot. It has been longer than eight weeks. Email i sent so many times I know they are having problems with it but get someone to fix it already. If I don't receive the clothes then I will make sure i will post all over sites about it.

Placed an order on the 10th of August, the items were not sent until the 6th of October with multiple emails between that time. When they did finally arrive 2 weeks later, they were such horrible quality that i didnt even put them on my daughter, i threw them straight out. What a waste of $80.
