A very professional service from start to finish. The end product being a Italo Reception Desk exceeded my expectations. The 2 delivery guys Tom and Steve were very friendly and helpful as well

Purchased a bed just under a year ago
Purchased a bed just under a year ago. It's the Mia sleigh bed. Decided to wait to do a review as like to make sure it's a good purchase ; )
The quality is amazing, best bed I've ever purchased. Not a squeak or creak. Ian and Pat were very professional. I will be and have recommended living it up to friends and family. My next purchase wont be far off.

This is by far the BEST ONLINE COMPANY I have ever purchased from! I bought an Arthur Tall Super King Ottoman bed and a Orianna Ottoman - both in Scintillant Bronze. The customer service was flawless during the sales process, then I happily waited for delivery, which came on time and I received both products in tip top condition - both were even better quality than I hoped. Nathan and Tom were the best delivery guys that have ever crossed my door - polite, helpful, happy and even involved my kids whilst setting up the bed. Well done to the entire team - fabulous products, super helpful service and delivery... and a very delighted customer!

Great customer service and happy customer
We had a problem when our bed wouldn't fit up our staircase, but Living it up helped us find one that would fit and we absolutely love it. There was no issue with them refunding the difference because the replacement bed was cheaper.

Worth the wait
We waited about 7-8 weeks for our bed but it was most definitely worth the wait. We had the white glove service, so everything was unpacked put together and all rubbish taken away. The quality of the bed and ottoman is fantastic. We also purchased a new mattress which we were worried about as our old mattress was amazing but so far so good. Would buy from these guys again and would absolutely recommend.

Loved the customer service
Loved the products, received on time and excellent customer service. One of the beds had a piece missing and the team that came to deliver the first time came back and fixed it. Special mention to the staff members - Patryk and Ian. They had provided amazing service and made the whole process very easy for me.

Arthur Tall storage bed
When we decided to replace our old bed, my wife searched the internet looking for a super king sized upholstered ottoman bed with a tall winged headboard, you wouldn’t believe how few beds there are that met my wife’s vision.
When we found the Living It Up website and saw their choice of beds we couldn’t believe that we might have found what we were looking for. From ordering the material samples, choosing between the Scarlett and Arthur Tall beds, to placing the order was made easy with the help of the Living It Up team.
We placed our order just before Christmas and took delivery yesterday, Living It Up use their own delivery drivers and Nathan and Peter were ours. We were given a delivery time slot which made being in for the delivery easy and they arrived right in the middle of the designated time. They managed to get the bed up 3 flights of stairs in an old Victorian house without any issues and had it assembled and in place within the hour and left no mess, they did a fantastic job.
We’re really pleased with our new bed and would highly recommend Living It Up.

A unique delivery experience!
The living It Up customer service team were great from enquire at the start, answering all the questions most promptly to after our bed had been delivered. The delivery guys were then very punctual and very pleasant when they turned up. When it was evident that they might have to work a bit harder to get my headboard up the stairs, they did everything they could to make it work. After a few goes of sweat, determination, a lot of strength and awkward turns it was upstairs!! However, it was not a complete celebration just yet, as Tom (delivery guy) then became unwell and an ambulance was called out to him. He had torn his Pectoral muscle with all the effort of getting my bed upstairs Eeeeek !! Thankfully after being seen by the paramedics, he began to feel better. The other delivery guy Nathan, then continued to make sure my bed was put together and I was happy (and just to say I was VERY happy, the bed is absolutely amazing) before he left to take Tom home to rest up! I spoke to Tom before they left and he couldn't be apologetic enough about the whole thing, but of course he had no reason to apologise. I was just glad it wasn't anything life threatening! Living it Up customer service team then followed up with a call expressing their sympathy again. Obviously this was not a normal situation, but couldn't of been handled any better and Tom and Nathan were amazing!!

This was my first order placed with Living It Up for the Rosanna Divan bed and everything went smoothly. The delivery team (Eric & Patrick) were very polite and professional, they took great care handling and unpacking my posh bed. Living It Up were absolutely amazing…
Living It Up were absolutely amazing and we have already recommended the company/service to many of our friends. From our initial inquiry to requesting samples to delivery I would rate the company as absolutely outstanding. The delivery was seamless with great communication and the delivery people/installation team were excellent and efficient. The bed looks amazing and I have never seen a bed of such impressive quality. I can only imagine these beds will last forever when seeing the material and manufacture quality.

I had never heard of Living It Up before we ordered our bed. The advised timescales were on target and the communication for delivery was brilliant.
The two gentlemen that came to deliver the bed and put the bed up were polite and friendly. They put the bed up in c.20 minutes and were very knowledgeable; showing us how to use the ottoman safely.
5 stars to Living It Up- We will recommend you to friends and family.
