Complete disaster - Don't order anything from them
Ordered a bed online and received an incomplete bed after almost a month which their staff couldn't assemble themselves. He left all the parts and pieces in my bedroom and said will report it to the office. Received a phone call saying that this was the only bed they had and apologised saying that they shouldn't sell a bed which is incomplete. When I ask to take the bed back they said they cannot guarantee when they can take it back and I am also not allowed to take these pieces of bed out from my bedroom which is taking quite a lot of spaces. When I suggested to leave it in my garden they said they will not refund my money back if I do that. They don't have any respect to their customers and rude while asking to find a solution immediately. Promised me to send an email with offering a solution and the contact number of their manager but didn't send any as of now. My wife taken a day off to receive the delivery and it was a complete waste of time. Now they are asking to take us another day off to pick up their mess and only then they will refund my money back let alone any compensation offer. Waiting to get my money back immediately or I might have to report them.

Unfortunately when our team came to assemble your bed they discovered a component was missing so were unable to complete assembly. The bed that you ordered was part of our contemporary range which has now been discontinued, so it was not possible for us to complete the order as our team had intended. As your delivery was scheduled for Friday it was not possible for us to arrange collection until the following week, and it is our policy not to process refunds until the goods are back in our care – we do apologise as we know this was very frustrating for you. A full refund has now been processed and has been confirmed to you in writing earlier this week. We had offered you a substantial discount from any of our other beds that we supply, and this offer does still stand should you choose to give us another chance. As you can see from our other reviews, we get fantastic feedback on our service and our beds so we can only apologise that this has not been the case with your order.

Very pleased with the service and is you’re looking for sofa bed buy this onesie
Very pleased with the service and product, the only negative is that the mechanism for closing the sofa bed is very stiff though I have been told this will ease over time. The bed itself is comfortable and on a par with a standard bed it’s added bonus and the reason for ordering is the whole of the sofa, cushions included, folds under the bed frame so no need to remove and store. Mattress is excellent

Great product and service - recommended
The Bed
Very pleased with our recent purchase of a Kaitlin storage bed. The bed is very well made, good quality and offers a huge amount of storage space without compromising comfort. The bed is fairly easy to open and close, although the initial ‘lift’ needs a bit of muscle before the gas cylinders kick, in if you have a weighty mattress. Overall, the bed has a lovely, classic look and feels so comfortable.
Note: I’d recommend buying super king pillows (50x90) for it if you’re buying a 5ft bed or larger, as our standard pillows looked a bit lost on it our lovely new bed!
The Service
Our order was ready well within the period of time quoted at ordering, we were able to arrange a delivery day to suit us and the two person team that delivered and put together our bed did a great job and were quick and tidy. We’re very happy with the quality of the bed and the service and would certainly recommend Living It Up to others.

Great quality and look
I received my new bed last week (Arthur Tall) and I am thrilled with it. The quality is top class and it looks great.
The delivery team were so polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I am now looking to purchase another bed for my daughters room.

First class service. Arlo bed delivered today - had not realised the delivery team work for the company. Travelled all the way from Leicester to Sussex, carried up two sets of stairs and build it in situ.
