Living It Up Salon Reviews 

I was searching online to buy items for my business and I ended up buying an item from here which cost me £409.

They said they would contact me to arrange for a delivery when instead, I had to call them after 6 days to get this done.

When the item arrived, I was not happy and I immediately called up the company to return the item. They then started being difficult and told me they would be deducting from my refund. First they said £91, then they said £191 and as you can see in the email, they said £203.

With each illegal deduction; goes against consumer protection rights act 2000 (distant selling), they would ask me 'Do you still want to proceed with the refund?' Which is their scare tactic to make you otherwise.

When I told them what they were doing is illegal and wrong, they then turned hostile over the phone and started being unprofessional; even cutting the call on me.

I will never use this trader ever again and I hope you all don't make the same mistake I did.

I was a bit wary after seeing 33% one star reviews, but in reality there are only seven reviews of which two are bad. Ordered an adjustable cutting chair, arrived when expected, great quality, excellent chair.

Ordered 4 tan Lenore chairs and the matching basin! absolutely gorgeous, only a couple of days wait for delivery and all five pieces came swiftly and well packaged with no issues whatsoever! We are opening our first salon and wanted some knockout pieces of furniture and these are second to none! cant wait to order some more pieces in the New Year!

Terrible quality mirror sections .. looks beautiful in show room not like this in really life ! Cheap quality poorly made seen better in b and m bargains .. two mirrors totally different scratches and marks on mirrors scratches on console table .. they sent new ones out and promised they would be examined.. well they came worse than the first lot ! Cheap backing not even attached .. absolutely shocking ! Customer services felt it was quite funny however not a laughing matter .. i would strongly avoid unprofessional and selling cheap quality pits a for not a cheap price tag .. be better buying b and m mirror and a cheap console

I booked a last minute appointment to visit the showroom, I'm glad I did! They were a great help and I got a good idea of how I wanted my barbers to look. Delivery was organised promptly, just in time for my grand opening. Thanks!

We found Living It Up salon to be very professional from start to finish. The Lenore chairs we purchased are perfect for the job, we have had many comments from clients telling us how comfortable they are. The hydraulics are robust and very smooth to use. Delivery was rapid. I look forward to using Living It Up in the future.
